Tax planning and strategy is mandate ; Knowledge of SAP S4 HANA is mandate

Roles and Responsibilities

Ensure compliances for the companies in the group, in areas of Deal with Tax authorities for responding to day-to-day queries, notices, departmental audits, scrutiny assessments.

Preparations of Ground of Appeals, Filling of appeals, including personally appearing and handling matters with the officials at all levels.

Provide compliance related advise with respect to existing and new business initiatives/ situations based on in dept. analysis of various underlying laws.

Engage with the various Expert Counsels/ External Professional firms for obtaining expert advisory services where required

Automation and digitization of compliances including direct engagement in any new automation project - for covering the areas having a direct/indirect impact on Tax compliances

Training the tax team as well as the other functions / accounts team on the relevant areas in the tax compliances to enable managing day to day activities in a compliant manner

Should be currently a heading the overall Tax function in an organization with multiple location, products/services and legal entities.

Expert and in-depth knowledge of International Tax, interpretation of Double Tax Avoidance Agreements, Corporate Income Tax, Indirect tax – GST/Service tax.

Working knowledge of FEMA, Company law and various other laws.

Must have personal handled matters at least up to the Tribunal.

Candidate should be smart and articulate with good communication and presentation skill

Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.

High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

Having experience in tax planning and transaction structuring within the legal framework

Description :

• Establish and maintain effective and cooperative professional business relationships with all levels of management, other admins, employees, and outside companies

As an IAM development engineer, contribute during design, configuration, deployment, and operation in the areas of Identity and Access Management (IAM). This includes access management, identity governance and administration, and privileged access management solutions. This position is expected to have hands-on experience, working with business and internal customers to develop and deploy complex solutions. Expectations also include a deep understanding of IAM technologies to support operations teams with debugging and problem resolution, mitigate risks, improve automation, and deliver modern access management solutions.

  • Deliver modern access management integrations for B2B, B2C and B2E customers.
  • Assist in the training of operations staff on system applications.
  • Perform hands on development for onboarding new applications into the IAM platform and provide support to operations team for implemented solutions.
