The Role:

The Support Engineer’s role is to maintain a balance between responding to technical support requests from office staff and technical projects required to maintain XE.COM’s North American desktop infrastructure and applications. This role will proactively identify trends in issues raised on the helpdesk and raise work streams in order to address the root cause of these issues from front end user through to backend services. This position will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to work closely with the business units and other IT functions in order to identify, communicate, and resolve ississues in order to ensure the smooth operation of all services provided by XE’s IT Operations-North America.

What you'll do:

  • Collaborate & Achieve: You will work with the business and the rest of the IT department to ensure smooth and reliable operation and third-party software and systems for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
  • Solve Problems:Work with team members, decision makers, and stakeholders to define business requirements and systems goals, and to identify and resolve business systems issues.
  • Tech Savvy: Gauge the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop and implement strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Enable Others: Identify trends based on issues logged by business users and address these trends with relevant solutions either independently or through collaboration within the IT team.
  • Participate & Maintain: Design, maintenance, development, and evaluation of all infrastructure systems, including LANs, WANs, Internet, intranet, security, wireless implementations, in line with business support needs and requirements.
  • Process Oriented: Create and maintain documentation as it relates to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records both for internal IT use and for business use.
  • Monitor & Analyze: Test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports in line with business support requirements.
  • Essential Maintenance: The jobholder must be available for at least one out of hours work period per month required to facilitate production infrastructure and software changes.

Who you are:

  • Technicial Knowledge: All of the following: MacOS, Microsoft Windows, Active Directory.
  • Desktop/Laptop Experience: Advanced knowledge is highly desirable : Macbook Pro, Windows Laptops and desktops
  • Microsoft Products: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products such as Office, Outlook, etc.
  • Troubleshooting Software: Experience from end-user through to backend services.
  • Other Technologies:Good knowledge of Cloud Technology. Experience with Jamf Pro a bonus.

The Product Analyst UAT will be responsible for facilitating and supporting the user acceptance testing (UAT) phase within the digital product delivery cycle across the globe. This includes supporting the accuracy and functionality of development across the organization by coordinating user acceptance testing of digital projects and releases. They will work closely with our product delivery teams, DevOps, local teams and our business units to ensure that testing efforts are completed and meet requirements within the scope of the project.

What You'll Do

  • Successfully lead the user acceptance testing (UAT) effort for projects and releases associated with the Ria Money Transfer mobile app and website.
  • Be the one point of contact for testers during the UAT testing phase.
  • Coordinate the creation of test plans and scenarios for each project and upcoming release cycle.
  • Partner with QA and DevOps to determine environment, configuration, and deployment needs for the testing environments, potentially including regularly refreshing the lower environments with production data for improved testing.
  • Setup/onboard testers, facilitate UAT test plan review meetings with stakeholders, track and report on testing progress, capture reported issues and ensure prioritization and/or resolution of high and critical issues are completed prior to release.
  • Coordinate UAT with internal and external testing teams, including Product, and obtain approvals.
  • Ensure settings are correct and confirmed with dev prior to UAT testing (ex. min app version, rollout version for a feature, country settings, etc…).
  • Thorough understanding and application of agile software development methodology along with applicable knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with software or tools for issue tracking, test case management and automation, and project management, preferably Jira (Atlassian product) and Test Rail.
  • Excels in fast-paced environments with frequently changing priorities by being agile and exhibiting reliable planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Persistent and results focused; must be able to deliver results in an environment which requires a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Work(ed) in the financial industry or with digital platforms (mobile, web).

What You'll Do

  • Own the design, development, testing, and deployment of the xe.com public website and its components

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct Customer Due Diligence and Enhanced Due Diligence for new corporate and consumer relationships

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any related field
  • At least 1 year experience gained working within a similar role preferably within the FX/Payments or financial industry or within a similar regulated organisation

  • Fluency in English with confident verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience working in an international business is an advantage

The Sales Executive role is the entry level role for the Corporate Sales Team at Xe. Sourcing, qualifying and enriching leads, the Sales Executive provides a highly valued support to our Senior Business Development Managers (Snr.   • Intelligently source leads that work well with our ideal client profile
  • Predominantly a telephone-based role, the Sales Executive will be trained to talk competently about our range of products and services with the ability to build rapport and be influential to key financial decision makers
  • Qualify and overcome objections appropriately - clearly articulating features, advantages and benefits of the service
  • Engage with clients to identify and understand their requirements - adhering to business and regulatory processes and guidelines

ABOUT THIS ROLE

As a Corporate FX Dealer, your primary function is to retain and grow a profitable portfolio of client accounts through effective relationship management. You will need to ensure clients have access to market updates and intelligence. You will be responsible for securing market orders and obtaining regular transactions from clients, executing spot/forward payments through HiFX. In addition, once regulated you will be required to offer FX options and FX structured products as hedging tools to clients via our sister company HiFM.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working with the CD to ensure effective implementation of desk initiatives
  • Consistently and actively calling clients and answering emails

What You'll Do

  • Hands-on requirements gathering and documentation of features.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with design, engineering, and line-of-business teams as a cross-functional leader to drive the execution of the product roadmap;
  • Handle day-to-day management of Jira backlog to create epics and user stories that support the execution of the product roadmap;
  • Combine data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to inform prioritization of the product backlog;
  • Track and analyze metrics compared to industry benchmarks, publish reports on product performance, trends, and risks/opportunities for both short and long term;
  • Collaborate with and lead cross-functional teams including, but not limited to: scrum, infrastructure, API, and QA to drive delivery;
  • Define A/B and/or multi-variate tests to validate new ideas and features;
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing per release requirements;
  • Coordinate backlog for defect resolution. Provide clear vision and scope documentation, use cases, workflows, wireframes, and product requirements to support development;

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in product management / building products preferred;
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or related field;
  • Understanding of web technologies such as browsers, HTML, JavaScript, and web applications;
  • Experience with SEO tools such as SEMRush and Google Search Console;
  • Understanding of Content Management Solutions such as WordPress, Prismic, or headless CMS’s;
  • Experience in software development practices and agile methodology – JIRA is preferred;
  • Experience with tools of our stack like Amplitude Analytics, Segment, and Iterable;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions;
