 THE ROLE

We are seeking a dynamic Head of B2B Customer Success to run our B2B customer success team. This role is pivotal to the continued growth and success of the company. This role demands an ambidextrous operator / strategic thinker with excellent relationship-building skills, a strong understanding of SaaS customer success, an exceptional customer retention rate, and a passion for our mission.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive customer success strategy that aligns with our mission and business objectives.
  • Serve as key person accountable for ensuring customer needs are met as they arise by leading & mobilizing internal teams & resources accordingly.
  • Leverage data to monitor customer health and satisfaction, using these insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Develop, own, and manage the creation of quarterly and annual strategic account plans for each of our customers with a relentless focus on value creation.
  • Own and manage all contract renewals, creating strategies to ensure high renewal rates and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities for business expansion within our existing client base, and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities.
  • Take ownership of ensuring our Customer Success team prioritizes understanding the industries and departments/divisions of our B2B partners, including relevant macro, industry, company-specific, and division-specific context as key inputs to our strategy and value creation with each account.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of B2B customer success managers, setting clear objectives and ensuring team performance meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor and ensuring they realize the full value of our platform.
  • Collaborate closely with the product, operations & sales teams to align on customer needs, feedback, and potential improvements.
  • Be obsessed with the customer, reinforcing a customer-centric culture and ensuring that customer feedback and needs are at the forefront of our strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 10 years of relevant customer-centric experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role in an enterprise B2B company and at least 2 years experience with growth-stage startups and achievement both in Account Management and Customer Success functions. A strong preference for prior experience building and running a customer success team.
  • A stellar track record of building and growing relationships within existing clients that results in revenue growth.
  • Proven ability to anticipate customer needs and operational issues before they arise.
  • Demonstrated ability with existing clients to build strategic relationships with other senior stakeholders in order to extend our influence, lay the groundwork for expansion, and to hedge against the departure of any current stakeholder.  
  • Ability to translate these needs into action by galvanizing the right internal teams & resources, anticipating upstream & downstream implications, and following through to fully problem-solving issues to resolution.
  • GSD mentality: Scrappy problem solver, demonstrating bias-to-action and ability to operate at high speed in a fast-paced startup environment; player-coach mentality of enjoying a combination of thinking high level & digging in with individual contributions
  • Strong storytelling, presentation, data analytics & data visualization skill sets to inform strategy and communicate effectively and persuasively back to the customer.
  • Ability and passion for understanding the industries and departments/divisions of our B2B partners to ensure our customer relationships, strategy, and value-add are well-informed by this macro, industry, and business context.

THE ROLE

Pathstream is hiring a Coach with strong attention to detail and motivational skills to work 1:1 with individuals by supporting and motivating them in articulating their next step career goal.  The Coach will quickly build trust with individuals who work full-time in front-line and supervisor/managerial roles and are looking for career clarity, support in their work and professional development opportunities.  This is a part-time, contract position that is remote and based out of your home location. This role reports to Pathstream’s Coaching Operations Team.  

Coaches will  have experience in providing guidance and support to individuals who are employed as frontline workers at Fortune 500 companies to enhance their job skills and achieve their professional goals.  You have experience in developing coaching plans, assisting in goal setting and helping individuals overcome personal and professional barriers.  You are able to assess the professional strengths and weaknesses of individuals and help them work towards their goals through mindset shifts, reflection, activities and skill building.  You have experience in supporting individuals through acute work-related issues.    

A Coach will spend approximately 15-25 hours a week (depending on your availability and demand from individuals) meeting 1:1 with individuals to guide them through the career development process. A coach should be constructive and encouraging while equipping individuals with the knowledge they need to navigate the challenges of the workplace.

Coaches will also attend and participate in regular coaching team meetings by providing feedback and sharing insights about individuals and trends. Coaches will complete required tasks within 72 hours after coaching calls, including documenting coaching notes and sending follow-up emails to individuals. 

ABOUT YOU

Required Competencies: 

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in career coaching, executive coaching or life coaching
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing coaching plans
  • Proven ability to offer effective 1:1 support to acute and long-term challenges 
  • Strong communicator with the ability to 1) actively listen, 2) encourage and motivate individuals, while building trust, 3) ask intentional and thoughtful open-ended questions to challenge individuals thinking and 4) provide clear and concise written and verbal guidance and support
  • Prompt, responsive and professional communicator able to respond to emails and Slack messages from individuals and Pathstream employees within 24 hours 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a highly adaptive, agile team

Preferred Competencies: 

  • 4-6 years experience in career coaching, executive coaching, or life coaching

THE ROLE

As Pathstream expands its work with Fortune 500 companies, we are seeking a Head of Operations to ensure effective project management of client implementations, coordination around client-facing issues, and improvements to  our customer support operations. Over time, you will be expected to grow your team as our client needs expand. You will also be expected to look for opportunities to streamline our work and processes so that we continue to run efficiently. 


This role requires significant cross-functional coordination across multiple operational teams and our Revenue/Customer Success team. As new features or learning design elements are rolled out, you may also need to coordinate with our Learning Design, Product and Engineering teams. You need to be extremely organized, detail-oriented and a great communicator. You should be comfortable preparing for and representing Pathstream at client meetings where needed, and be able to quickly translate client requests into actionable next steps for the internal team. You are great at triaging issues as they arise,  can quickly learn how to best balance client priorities and team constraints, escalating issues to the right internal/external stakeholders as needed.

Client implementations and expansions

    • Drive cross-functional project management to ensure successful client implementations and expansions
    • Be the main internal coordinator to resolve client requests and issues, trouble-shooting internally with your cross-functional collaborators till issues are resolved
    • Work with the Customer Success team to ensure clear lines of communication with the client and that client feedback is gathered where needed
    • Strong at diagnosing the root cause of issues and identifying solutions (including new technologies) that are feasible and strategic, working with COO and other relevant stakeholders to make these changes
    • Establish, document and adapt repeatable processes and best practices for managing launches and implementations across multiple clients. 
    • Ensure consistent adoption and use of these processes and materials across teams.
    • Over time, as client roster expands, grow and manage team running implementations and expansions
  • Oversee existing program operations team
    • Ensure day-to-day program operations function runs smoothly and effectively, making role and resourcing adjustments as needed
    • Work with existing team to build out and mature our user support / help desk function
    • Define and monitor team OKRs

ABOUT YOU

  • 4+ years software engineer with a strong background in building and maintaining complex platform systems.
  • 2+ years of experience leading and mentoring engineers. Prior experience as a team lead, technical lead, or engineering manager is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of scalability best practices and experience designing and implementing solutions that can handle significant growth.
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and making data-driven decisions to achieve business metrics.
  • Highly collaborative and enjoy contributing to the professional development of team members.
  • Effective communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Understanding of infrastructure automation, platform security, and DevOps practices and principles
  • Proficient in most of our tech stack (React, Javascript, Python, Docker, PostgreSQL, AWS, Ruby on Rails).

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven GTM Revenue Strategy Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling our B2B sales team to effectively engage with prospects, drive revenue growth, and exceed sales targets. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance the sales process and optimize performance.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with the sales team to develop high-quality presentations based on account research and stakeholder call recordings.
  2. Build and maintain account-specific stakeholder maps, sales scripts, case studies, and product collateral. Tailor materials to specific sales conversations.
  3. Provide account-specific support for building business cases and ROI analyses.
  4. Coordinate with product management and marketing teams to ensure sales collateral aligns with the latest product features and value propositions.
  5. Conduct industry sector research in support of the sales team’s go-to-market efforts
  6. Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and campaigns to target key market segments and drive revenue growth.
  7. Support the creation of materials for conferences, webinars, thought leadership pieces, etc.
  8. Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product teams to communicate feedback, insights, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in relevant roles in a consulting capacity for a major consultancy with enterprise clients
  2. Strong ability to conduct and synthesize research and call recordings into compelling pitch narratives
  3. Demonstrated aptitude for high-quality deck creation (storytelling, messaging, design)
  4. An analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, derive actionable insights, and build business cases and ROI analyses
  5. Strong critical thinking skills; excellent communication and presentation skills
  6. An ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities at once 
  8. Resilient and flexible, scrappy and a fast learner, able to operate at high speed
  9. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively cross-department

Nice to have:

  1. Proven experience in B2B software sales, sales enablement, or a related field
