This remote leadership role involves leading a team of Account Executives, adept in both inbound and outbound sales strategies, focusing on expanding our market share within the small group sector. Responsibilities:

  • Remote Team Leadership: Lead, motivate and mentor a remote, hybrid inbound and outbound sales team, fostering a culture of performance, collaboration, and success in a virtual setting.

  • Demonstrated success in leading hybrid inbound and outbound sales teams to exceed sales targets in a virtual environment.

We’re looking for an Awareness & Growth Marketing Manager to join the Elation team, reporting into the Director of Demand Generation. The person will be part of the Marketing team and is responsible for strengthening the pipeline through top-of-funnel awareness and inbound marketing. They will work closely and collaborate across the marketing team, external partners, and sales teams to align on strategy, execution, and drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the awareness campaign strategy and execution of plan:Proactively build, manage, and launch multi-channel programs (ex. content syndication, SEO, publishers, events, organic social media, display, direct mail) to drive awareness, traffic, impressions, and leads into the pipeline, measure engagement activity, and share key learnings. In addition, they will glean insight from the product, sales, and customer success teams to understand buyer behavior and identify where to optimize and identify new channels and growth opportunities.
  • Partner with Paid Growth Manager to drive lead generation:Codevelop marketing strategies with a segmentation mindset that increases brand awareness and top-of-funnel prospects and gets them to convert. Partner with Paid Growth Manager to ensure organic and paid channels work together to improve campaign effectiveness. As a Growth Team, ensure we use the proper messaging and engagement for each key audience touchpoint in the buyer and customer journey. Also partner with the Engagement Team to convert leads through an effective post-form experience.   
  • Ownership and responsibility of campaign performance: Analyze the performance of campaign activities, keyword planning, and engagement reporting, including mining insight from platforms (ex. Google Data Studio, Looker, SEMRush) and monitoring of KPIs. They also will present key findings to Marketing Leadership and share recommendations on areas for optimization. 
  • Manage campaign activity operations, including the use of systems and processes: Drive the operational performance to ensure all assets (ex. forms, ads, landing pages) are developed and programmed appropriately. This includes ensuring data flows into the appropriate system and can be reported to fuel insights and social media planning.
  • Cultivate insight and learn:Work cross-functionally to understand market and business insight that informs campaign planning, generates key learnings, and identifies new growth strategies. 

 

Qualifications:

  • 4 years of marketing experience with a focus on developing and operationalizing multi-channel campaign strategies across a Mar-Tech stack. 
  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Self-motivated and thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments.
  • Proficient working across a Mar-Tech stack, including: Salesforce (CRM), Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Hootsuite, SEMRush, etc. 
  • Knowledgeable using Google Data Studio is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work cross-functionally with an agile team including Product, UX/Design, Front-End Engineers, and QA.
  • Offer input on technical design, UI, and product features.
  • Build and architect features for an intuitive, user-friendly platform
  • Suggest and drive improvement on all parts of the stack and internal development processes
  • Help our skilled support team triage bugs and troubleshoot production issues
  • Learn from and mentor other engineers and participate in code reviews

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

  • 5+ years relevant professional experience in software development
  • Experience building API’s using modern backend technologies at scale
  • Experience with server-side technology including Python and MySQL
  • Track record of delivering SaaS products on AWS or other major cloud providers
  • Ability to communicate complex technical problems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong track record in building high quality and complex applications and delivering projects on time

Responsibilities

Customer Financial Success & Elation Billing Adoption:

    • Drive customer adoption of Elation Billing across the Elation network.  This includes both Small and Medium groups.
    • Present findings from these sources through data to the Product organization.  This includes key product ceremonies and standing meetings in which we inform the product teams of customer pain points and requests.
    • Suggest process improvement opportunities for Product and Operational teams related to Elation Billing, calling out where we can improve both our customer and our internal team workflows.
    • Analyze Elation Billing performance for the user base, both as a community and individually.  Understand how customer performance is a lagging indicator of product improvements and advocate for product enhancements as a result.
    • Partner with Customer Marketing and Customer Retention to communicate feedback loop and impact of this work back to our customers.

Customer EHR Success and Optimization:

    • Work with Support and Onboarding teams to identify areas in which customer performance is not meeting expected standards.  Advocate for product improvements where there are opportunities and create customer-facing feedback loops for suboptimal areas.
    • Work with Support and Onboarding teams to identify areas in which our internal workflow can be improved for better EHR adoption and usage.  Advocate for product and process improvements where there are opportunities and create customer-facing feedback loops for suboptimal areas.
    • Identify benchmark EHR performance and focus on customer cohorts that are missing these benchmarks.  Work with Customer Marketing to create campaigns to improve these areas for customers and engage them in their usage and performance within our EHR.
    • Partner with Customer Marketing and Customer Retention to communicate feedback loop and impact of this work back to our customers.

NPS Analysis and Publication:  

    • Analyze NPS results and publish results in a format our internal stakeholders can consume and act on.
    • Analyze Elation Billing & EHR NPS survey results and support cases to frame existing products gaps for both segments.  
    • Publish quarterly Product performance report that highlights customer experience and outcomes using Elation Billing and EHR products.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, preferably as a RCM analyst or within a billing function 
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role where it was required to analyze customer feedback and pain points and advocate for the improvements with other internal teams.
  • Consulting experience is a plus, as much of this role will require quick adaptations of content and results for the myriad of audiences that are interested in the information (Product, Growth, Analytics and customers themselves)
  • Working knowledge of RCM industry benchmarks and best practices, including KPIs and metrics
  • Demonstrated success in executing cross-functional process improvement projects
  • Proven expertise in a complicated, matrixed, customer-facing operating environment

Salary range: $120,000-135,000

As we continue to grow and increase our capacity to transform primary care, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Contracts and Legal Operations Manager to draft and negotiate commercial contracts that ensure outcomes are aligned with business needs. Reporting directly to the Head of Business Operations, your contribution will have an immediate impact at Elation. Beyond the primary contracts and legal responsibilities, you will also focus on implementing tools and improving processes, systems, and policies that facilitate and scale our work, by collaborating with internal and external parties.

Responsibilities

  • Structure, draft, and negotiate a broad set of agreements, with a focus on commercial contracts for our SaaS business (e.g. license, technology partner, and vendor agreements)
  • Develop scalable forms, templates, policies, and processes that support compliance and contracting
  • Own the contract lifecycle management through close-out, including contract modifications, tracking, and compliance with contractual terms
  • Advise and support internal employees of company processes, contract status, and make recommendations based on company policies and standards
  • Drive the implementation of tools to improve delivery of commercial legal services at scale (e.g. standalone contracts management systems or in our CRM)
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of various contract and policy forms
  • Support teams in various types of audits (e.g. technical, financial, and compliance)
  • Provide support for corporate governance, corporate development, litigation and HR legal matters.
  • Maintain corporate records including, but not limited to state filings, business licenses, shareholder records, board meeting minutes, and corporate resolutions.
  • Support and manage legal staff as applicable.

Required Skills

  • 5-7 years experience drafting and negotiating enterprise/commercial agreements within an in-house capacity (preference for healthtech SaaS companies)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the acquisition campaign strategy and execution of plan:Proactively build, manage, and launch multi-channel programs (ex. content syndication, paid social, paid search, display, direct mail) to drive traffic and leads into the pipeline, measure engagement activity, and share key learnings. In addition, they will glean insight from the product, sales, and customer success teams to understand buyer behavior and identify where to optimize and identify new channels and growth opportunities.
  • Drive lead generation:Develop marketing strategies with a segmentation mindset that increases brand awareness and top-of-funnel prospects and gets them to convert. They will ensure we use the proper messaging and engagement for each key audience for each touchpoint in the buyer and customer journey. Partner with the Engagement team on nurturing leads to ensure quality.   
  • Ownership and responsibility of campaign performance: Analyze the performance of campaign activities and engagement reporting, including mining insight from analytics platforms (Google Data Studio, Looker) and monitoring of KPIs. They also will present key findings to senior Marketing Leadership and share recommendations on areas for optimization. 
  • Manage campaign activity operations, including the use of systems and processes: Drive the operational performance to ensure all assets (ex. forms, ads, landing pages) are developed and programmed appropriately. This includes ensuring data flows into the appropriate system and can be reported to fuel insights and paid media planning.
  • Cultivate insight and learn:Work cross-functionally to understand market and business insight that informs campaign planning, generates key learnings, and identifies new growth strategies. 

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience with a focus on developing and operationalizing multi-channel campaign strategies across a Mar-Tech stack. 
  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding campaign goals and KPIs.
  • Self-motivated and thrive in fast-paced dynamic environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Audit: Coordinate the annual external audit and act as a liaison to the external auditors addressing inquiries and requests.
  • Communication: Maintain timely, clear, and effective communication with the Corporate Controller, weekly regarding the status of all accounting projects, team initiatives, and accounting tasks.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Build and maintain strong working relationships FP&A, RevOps, Customer Success Team, Sales, Legal and other business functions
  • Process Improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in accounting operations. Lead implementation of automated process solutions with focus on simplification, standardization and optimization, with a focus on revenue processes.
  • Tax Compliance: In collaboration with the VP, Controller, ensure tax compliance including sales tax, federal and state income taxes and other tax requirements.
  • Other: Prepare ad hoc analysis and schedules, support peers as needed, perform other duties assigned by your manager and help drive accounting OKRs & KPIs

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification preferred.
  • 6+ of progressive accounting experience.
  • A mix of public accounting (Big 4 or similar) and private industry experience.
  • Background in SaaS technology preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, especially in the areas of revenue recognition.
  • Experience with complex accounting transactions and technical accounting research.

We are seeking a mission-driven Engagement Advisor, Professional Services who must demonstrate a deep understanding of our cloud-based, clinical platform and have excellent relationship management skills. You’ll work directly with physician-owned primary care practices, helping them achieve their goals. This role will require meeting virtually with customers on a weekly basis. This is a remote-based position. 

Responsibilities

  • Manage simultaneous onboarding projects at one time, balancing priorities of business results, customer satisfaction, and technical quality. This includes collaborating and being an asset to multiple teams such as Data, Customer Success, Technical Implementation and Support to create a streamlined and cohesive approach that allows customers to get successfully onboarded.
  • Proactively contact and virtually meet customers to manage a positive transition from the sales team by building strong relationships with Elation customers, actively seeking the “why” behind our customers’ asks to ensure we address their issues and meet their goals
  • Develop and maintain positive business relationships with the Sales organization at all levels to facilitate sales growth and to ensure smooth and timely starts for the customer
  • Proactively identify customer needs, challenges and expectations as well as seek out opportunities for process improvements internally.
  • Own all project outcomes and delegate tasks on the project to team members, setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines; adjusting schedules and targets on projects as needed
  • Use data and reports to identify trends within your customer base. Use this data to create scalable touchpoints and engagement that ensures your customers are successful in using the Elation platform to achieve their goals
  • Collaborating with Customer Success and Support when indicated to problem solve for onboarding customers 
  • Required to be on-call 2-3 weekends per year for urgent customer support
  • Demonstrate a passion for solving big, challenging problems in healthcare and working with primary care providers to lower cost and deliver better patient outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing success role
  • Project management experience required
  • Highly collaborative, organized, and execution-oriented with strong presentation skills
  • Strong desire to build relationships with your customers and serve as an advisor of their onboarding process
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills that display professionalism
  • Process-oriented mindset with a high level of attention to detail

  • Own the operational roadmaps for our product development lifecycle and product feedback programs, delivering projects with measurable impact against success metrics.
  • Manage the change management process, roll out, and adoption of the product development lifecycle.
  • Use data to identify opportunities for impact and efficiency and build buy-in for the right operational approaches for the team.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in a software engineering environment as a product manager, product operations manager or project manager within a product development team.
  • Experience with SaaS products and clear understanding of the cross functional nature of successful SaaS product launches.
  • Highly proactive and independent who is able to take broad or vague direction and hone it into understanding, action, and impact.
  • Systems thinker with experience driving efficiency in operational systems.
  • Experience creating structure from chaos leveraging relationships, process, and tools

  • Coordinates with appropriate stakeholders to maintain and revise policies and procedures as necessary  
  • Ensures proper controls are in place for a coordinated security and compliance posture across a variety of functional organizations and their policies.
  • Strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders regarding compliance related topics. Working closely with Product, Engineering, IT, Security, and Customer organizations to ensure effective incorporation of compliance requirements. 
  • Monitors the performance of the compliance program  on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
  • Supporting regular compliance monitoring activities by performing or directing internal audits to ensure company-wide compliance with internal and external compliance requirements.
  • Rolls out and maintains training and education for risk and compliance across the organization.
  • Develops and maintains Elation’s security and compliance policy for dissemination to   customers and prospects
  • Manages and coordinates external vendor compliance review process

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience 
  • 5 years minimum experience in GRC, compliance or relevant industry.
  • Prior experience planning and leading external audits
  • Track and remediate gaps to completion
  • Knowledge and understanding of information risk/security principles and related industry standards, such as NIST, PCI, ISO 27001, and HIPAA/HITECH
  • Bonus points for experience working with regulations pertaining to healthcare and healthcare IT compliance (21st Century Cures, CEHRT,  Ryan Haight Act, etc.), international and local privacy regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with ability to bring clarity to complex needs and requirements
  • Ability to effectively prioritize to support near term execution while balancing the long-term growth of the company

Salary: $130,000 - $155,000 USD

Elation Health is hiring a Remote Onboarding Manager, SMB

Elation Health’s SMB Customer Success team advises and guides our customers, ensuring they adopt Elation and continuously gain business value from our products. We are the trusted point of contact for Elation’s customers throughout their lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal.

In this role, you will be part of our Implementation team, responsible for helping SMB customers deploy and adopt our solutions. Your role will be cross-functional in nature, working alongside and connecting Sales, Customer Support, Support Engineering, Partnerships, and Product, enabling you to experience multiple aspects of our fast-growing SMB segment.

This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to lead and support multiple customer needs simultaneously, and comfort explaining technology products to both executives and day-to-day users. In addition to this, you will champion, role model, and embed Elation’s values as you enable our customers’ to succeed from launch to scale.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Lead two critical functions within our SMB Onboarding team- the Technical Implementation Managers (TIMs) and Elation Billing Specialists. 
  • Improve our Onboarding processes and workflows to better support new Elation Health customers and differentiate our overall Onboarding experience.  This includes workflows for both our clinical and financial products.
  • Partner with the other Onboarding Manager to support the entire SMB Onboarding program through unified thought leadership and action.
  • Partner with our Small Group Sales team in meeting customer expectations and then with additional internal teams to ensure a premiere experience for our integrations and partner functionality.
  • Own operational analysis to demonstrate process improvements and outcomes in customer experience and partner performance.  Drive team performance through internal measures and reporting.
  • Provide visibility on implementation status and timelines to external and internal stakeholders, from project level to executive level. 
  • Create launch plans that include success criteria and a repeatable playbook for future implementations.

Professional Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an implementation, strategic or management consulting role. 
  • 3+ years of managerial experience leading a team of more than three people.
  • Experience implementing or working with Practice Management Systems or RCM services
  • Excellent at project management and gaining stakeholder buy-in, including at executive level
  • Proven track record of successful, on-time IT implementations
  • Demonstrated success in executing cross-functional process improvement projects
  • Proven expertise in a complicated, matrixed, customer-facing operating environment
  • Product or Partner management experience a plus, with an emphasis on proven attainment that drives better customer experiences
  • Sales and Customer Success experience strongly preferred
  • Enterprise SaaS experience preferred

Salary: $125,000 - 145,000
