What you'll do

As a Frontend Developer, you will help maintain and evolve our product websites, including our flagship extension product websites getadblock.com and adblockplus.org. You'll be responsible for building and optimizing scalable, secure, and high-performing websites and web applications that deliver exceptional user experiences. 

This includes creating custom WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations and ensuring the websites remain up-to-date with the latest web standards and best practices. You'll also troubleshoot and resolve issues, implement new features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align the websites with business and user needs. Through your expertise, you'll play a key role in ensuring our web presence reflects our commitment to quality and innovation.

Your day-to-day activities

  • Help launch, further develop, and maintain static websites, web applications, and frontend components, using cloud services and headless WordPress
  • Monitor and adapt to changes in web standards, browser updates, and best practices to scale efficiently, maintain compatibility, and optimize performance
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, implement features, and troubleshoot issues
  • Foster team collaboration by contributing to code reviews, mentoring colleagues, and sharing knowledge of best practices

What you bring to the table

  • 5+ years of real-world experience working as a Fullstack Web Developer or a similar role
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with hands-on experience in building responsive and accessible web applications
  • Experience with WordPress theme development, plugin development, internationalization, and Gutenberg block development 
  • Comfort with modern web development workflows and tools, including continuous integration (GitHub Actions, Gitlab CI), Git, unit testing (Playwright), and Docker
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and optimize code
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in both synchronous and asynchronous team environments
  • Experience with PHP, Python, Static Website Builders, NodeJS, Express, Cloud/Edge Functions, Google Cloud Services, Cloudflare services, WPML, BigQuery SQL, image and video optimization and TypeScript are nice to have

What you'll do

We are building the foundations for a consistent and better user experience for our massive user base across multiple platforms, including apps, web, routers and devices. We need to build a swathe of foundational core services that can serve all these users wherever they are, at a scale that is a bit daunting. Specifically, we need your expertise as a leader in designing and building secure, stable and scalable services and applications. Your track record of maintaining and monitoring after launch and aligning with the product owners and client teams will also prove invaluable.

Your day-to-day activities:

What you'll do

Bad ad experiences and malicious sites are killing the internet.  We are taking on the fight to restore user’s sanity, privacy and choice from the desktop browser to mobile; and we need you to help us!  It’s a huge mission as we will have to tackle multiple integration points and partnerships and provide this all at scale to a massive user base.  Your knowledge and experience providing technical guidance and leadership over large complex projects is exactly what we need to bring this new project to life.  Also essential will be your experience of collaborating with multiple product owners and other teams.

  • Design and implement high-quality iOS features using Swift, SwiftUI, Combine, and modern architectures

What you bring to the table

  • 8+ years of professional iOS development experience, with deep proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
  • Demonstrated experience implementing and optimizing solutions that leverage complex networking (HTTP/S, DNS, VPN/WireGuard) and security measures (encryption, secure communication, and data handling)
  • Knowledge and experience shaping requirements and interfaces with backend service teams

What you'll do

As the Conversion Specialist for eyeo’s consumer business, you will define and execute strategies to optimize conversion rates across eyeo’s consumer brands and websites, including AdBlock and Adblock Plus.

You will work collaboratively with product, UX, and engineering teams to define and implement successful conversion strategies. Your expertise in conversion rate optimization (CRO), data analytics, and cross-functional collaboration will be instrumental in improving user journeys and achieving business growth.

Your day-to-day activities

  • Conversion Optimization Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy for AdBlock and Adblock Plus websites, apps, and extensions
    • Align optimization initiatives with business objectives, securing buy-in from cross-functional leaders across product and engineering
  • Customer Journey Analysis
    • Analyze user journeys to pinpoint bottlenecks and friction points preventing conversions
    • Collaborate with user research teams to understand motivations, pain points, and preferences
  • Experimentation and Testing
    • Design, execute, and manage A/B and multivariate tests to identify the most effective website elements
    • Build and maintain a robust experimentation plan to validate hypotheses and improve website performance

What you'll do

As a Social Media & Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our online presence and driving growth through content. You will craft and execute strategies to promote product updates, engage with emerging trends in our industry and create content that captivates and converts across our blogs, websites, and social media. Your efforts will ensure the brand builds authority, attracts new audiences, and retains loyal customers across non-paid channels.

Your day-to-day activities

  • Content Strategy and Creation:
    • Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with product updates, feature releases, and brand goals
    • Write and manage blogs, articles, email content, and video scripts to engage and educate customers
    • Trend Monitoring and Industry Engagement:
      • Actively follow trends in security, safety, and ad blocking to position the brand as a thought leader
      • Proactively create and post timely content that resonates with target audiences and showcases domain expertise
      • Influencer and Community Engagement:
        • Collaborate with influencers to amplify brand reach and authority
        • Build relationships with key stakeholders in the industry to drive earned media opportunities
        • Non-Paid Channel Management:
          • Leverage owned and earned channels (e.g. Facebook, Instagram) to drive organic traffic and customer engagement
          • Build brand authority by consistently producing high-quality, relevant content
          • Brand Growth:
            • Promote product updates and feature releases across all relevant platforms
            • Manage the blog to ensure consistent publishing and alignment with SEO and brand goals
            • Analytics and Optimization:
              • Monitor performance across non-paid channels and refine strategies based on data insights
              • Use analytics tools to track organic traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics

              What you bring to the table

              • Proven experience in content creation and strategy
              • Excellent writing skills for blogs, articles, email campaigns, and video scripts
              • Familiarity with industry trends in security, safety, and ad-blocking (or similar domains)
              • Experience building and managing relationships with influencers
              • Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives
              • A data-driven approach to optimizing content performance and audience engagement

              It's awesome if you have

              • Experience with video content creation and editing
              • Knowledge of email marketing tools and strategies
              • A background in social media management or public relations

              What you’ll do

              At eyeo, you will have the opportunity to manage our corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. FP&A collaborates with all business functions by providing relevant reporting, meaningful analysis and raising thoughtful questions and problem solving together with business partners. This role is responsible for mapping eyeo’s annual financial plan, monitoring performance, and partnering with the business to achieve and exceed those plans.

You will need the ability to communicate at all levels and have an intellectual curiosity for building models and frameworks to help your executive business partners more effectively and efficiently manage operations and growth. 

              The Senior Manager of FP&A reports to the Director of Strategic Finance, who reports to the CFO. This role is perfect for a roll-your-sleeves-up manager ready to gain experience operating a scale-up. The ideal candidate exhibits exemplary strategic problem-solving skills, professionalism with excellent cultural sensitivity, and independently and enthusiastically drives results.

              Your day-to-day activities

              • Lead the company’s business planning, including annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
              • Build deep relationships with business partners and cross-functional teams across the organization to promote return on investment and efficiency improvements
              • Support in the monthly review of financial results to ensure accuracy and reliability
              • Partner with the Corporate Controller to prepare monthly and quarterly financial management reporting packages which include actuals versus budget or forecast, revenue and OPEX analysis, and corporate metrics for internal and external stakeholders
              • Identify key drivers of variances in performance, recommend actions, and communicate key messages to senior management and business partners
              • Prepare and provide presentations to support board and shareholder meetings, monthly/quarterly senior leadership meetings, and ad hoc strategic decision-making
              • Partner with the People Ops department on financial and operational planning, short-term and long-term compensation design and implementation
              • Participate and lead in strategic data analysis, research and modeling such as company benchmarking 
              • Implement and administer future financial planning tools, and build sustainable, efficient, and effective processes, including working capital management
              • Partner with the Data and Analytics function to build scalable, consistent reporting across the organization
              • Coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team that partners effectively with their stakeholders
              • Handle special projects and assignments as required
              • Support in IPO readiness preparation

              What you bring to the table

              • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, or a related field (required)
              • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Finance (preferred)
              • 7+ years of experience in FP&A, finance and/or analytical roles, with 2+ years of FP&A leadership responsibilities and people management experience
              • Mix of corporate and start-up / scale-up level experience (preferred)
