About the Job

The US-based salary range for this position is $181,000 to $266,000. What You’ll Do

Lead the Security Engineering team, providing mentorship, direction, and fostering a collaborative environment to drive performance and growth.

Design and implement robust security architectures, processes, and tools to protect Life360’s systems, applications, and data.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and IT, to integrate security best practices into development lifecycles and operational workflows.

Develop and execute security strategies and roadmaps aligned with business goals and evolving threats.

Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, conducting risk assessments, and managing incident response plans to address security events.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • 8+ years experience in security engineering and people management
  • Extensive Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing security engineering teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of security architectures, cloud infrastructure (AWS), and modern development practices.
  • Risk Management: Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, including experience with threat modeling and incident response planning.
  • Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards such as GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST.
  • Collaboration Skills: Strong ability to work cross-functionally, effectively communicate complex technical concepts, and align security objectives with business goals.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: A track record of implementing innovative security solutions and staying ahead of evolving threats.
  • Education and Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience); relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH are a plus.

About The Team

The Core Map Experiences team is responsible for the overarching end user experience of the Life360 app via multiple areas of ownership. The team owns the map experience and is responsible for integration of all features available in the map, most often directly and sometimes by opening map systems for other teams to use. What You’ll Do

In this high-level IC role we expect you to be well-rounded in all areas, the specific areas of emphasis will be on the following pillars:

  • Strategic Product Leadership-Define, communicate and execute a product vision in service of the Group and Company strategy to maximize user engagement and retention. Collaborate with executive and operating-group teams to align product goals with overall business objectives.

What You’ll Do

  • Providing technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers across multiple teams.

Your primary goal will be to ensure the Life360 platform is scalable, resilient, and optimized for developers, while driving the creation of platform services that deliver meaningful value for our 70 million members. The US based salary range for this position is $215,000 to $275,000. The Canadian based salary range is 210,000 to 270,000 CAD. Additionally, think about features beyond user value and how they can be created as systems working in concert with what already exists today.
  • Data-Informed: Define the success criteria for initiatives, using opportunity sizing to prioritize initiatives and understand how audiences are responding to the experiences created for them. Leverage data and analytics to prioritize initiatives, measure success, and inform future platform development. Use data to understand how platform changes impact user experience and business metrics.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focusing on platform, identity management, infrastructure, or similar technical initiatives. 
  • Experience managing large-scale consumer-facing platforms with over 10 million monthly active users
  • Technical Background: Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex engineering concepts and communicate them effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Engineering Collaboration: Proven track record of partnering closely with engineering teams to deliver platform solutions that are adopted by developers and  enhance user experiences.
  • Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of platform services such as identity management, infrastructure, or related systems. Experience in defining and executing platform strategies that support scalable and reliable products.
  • Data-Oriented: Experience in leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making, prioritize initiatives, and measure success. Understanding of the limitations of data and the ability to make informed decisions with incomplete information.
  • Proven excellence in defining a winning product strategy and driving its tactical execution. Bonus for having done so in complex consumer experiences.

What You’ll Do

US GAAP. 

  • Ensure an accurate and timely revenue close process by reviewing and approving journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis.  This includes, but is not limited to, revenue, deferred revenue, contra, and cost of sale accounts
  • Prepare or review revenue recognition assessments for complex contracts, ensuring proper accounting treatment for multiple performance obligations, variable consideration, and contract modifications in accordance with ASC 606.
  • Lead revenue analysis and preparation of metrics to enhance performance insights, identify trends, and surface / solve for comparative period discrepancies 
  • Design, implement, and maintain internal controls in accordance with SOX regulations and other public reporting requirements.

  • Support the monthly close process by preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and flux analysis. This includes, but is not limited to, revenue, deferred revenue, contra, and cost of sale accounts
  • Understand the fundamentals of revenue analysis and prepare metrics to enhance performance insights; learn to identify trends and surface / solve for comparative period discrepancies (i.e. subscription analytics, GAAP vs non-GAAP reporting, etc.)
  • Contribute to the development of new processes and system automation related to new product offerings to ensure scalable revenue processes

What We’re Looking For

About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NetSuite Senior Manager to lead our NetSuite team and optimize the platform's capabilities across the business. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in NetSuite configurations, customizations, and workflows - with strong experience in managing system integrations via web services (SOAP/REST), ODBC, middleware solutions (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo), and EDI. This role will also focus on supporting supply chain operations - including our network of contract manufacturers, kitting partners, distribution centers, and 3PL. What You’ll Do

This position will work closely with various members of our accounting, finance, and legal teams as well as external auditors.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with and play a key role in the preparation of all SEC filings, including Form 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and 8-Ks, and investor communications, such as press releases, investor presentations, and other investor conference materials, in accordance with U.S. GAAP and SEC rules and regulations
  • Prepare the financial statements, footnote support disclosures, and management discussion and analyses while maintaining complete tie-out documentation under the Company’s SOX controls
  • Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits
  • Assist in the preparation of GAAP and SEC disclosure checklists 
  • Assist with the preparation of all internal financial reporting packages, including performing financial and trend analyses and drafting associated commentary

  • Partner effectively and proactively with legal, accounting, tax, strategic finance and investor relations on financial reporting matters

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant industry and financial reporting experience
  • Public accounting experience is required, big 4 preferred
  • Must hold an active CPA license or be proactively working towards licensure
  • Strong accounting background with an understanding of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules and regulations, and SOX 404, as well as experience with technical research 
  • A desire for continuous learning opportunities and professional development along with the ability to identify and implement continual process improvements

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity to shape Life360's approach to product development, privacy and security practices while working closely with various teams across the organization. As we continue to grow and scale, we are seeking a senior legal leader to guide critical areas of our business.

In this role, you will handle legal and regulatory matters related to privacy, product counseling, security, advertising, marketing, hardware, and other areas as needed. This role involves providing broad, general legal counsel across business functions while collaborating with other subject matter experts for specialized issues.

The US-based salary range for this position is $250,000 to $320,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity. 

What You’ll Do

  • Provide broad legal counseling across engineering, product, marketing, advertising, and hardware devices teams to help Life360 deliver on its mission to be the leading app for family safety and connection.
  • Advise on legal and regulatory issues throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Support Life360's privacy strategy by advising on compliance with global data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), and manage privacy-related issues company-wide.
  • Provide legal advice on data security practices, including managing cybersecurity risks and incident response.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve legal challenges, balancing business goals with effective risk management.
  • Help build and scale the legal team, while leveraging external experts to meet business needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of legal experience, expertise in product counseling and privacy for consumer technology companies, with a combination of in-house and law firm experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of global data protection regulations, including GDPR and CCPA
  • Experience providing legal guidance on cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, marketing and advertising, consumer protection, and intellectual property issues.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and influence skills, capable of working with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience with advertising business models and/or consumer hardware devices is preferred.

About The Team

The Strategic Finance team supports Life360’s strategic initiatives and operational processes, partnering closely with executives and key organizational leaders to make data-driven decisions. About the Job

We seek an experienced finance professional to support the company’s Life360 subscription business. You will be joining a team that serves as a key partner to Life360’s leadership and you will play a crucial role in supporting core FP&A forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial analysis to help drive decision-making. You will partner different business areas across the company, including accounting, analytics, product and marketing focused on high-priority business issues. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Life360 Subscriptions.

For candidates based in the US, the salary range for this position is $115,000 to $165,000 USD. For candidates based out of Canada, the salary range for this position is $120,000 to $155,000 CAD.We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and improve detailed financial models for subscription revenue, related costs, marketing spend, and other KPI metrics
  • Interface with key cross-functional business partners, including product, marketing, customer support and analytics, to evaluate actual performance through budget variance analysis and to develop forward-looking forecast assumptions
  • Track, analyze, and report functional costs and their impact on the company’s overall performance 
  • Support the monthly forecasting, annual budgeting, as well as long-range strategic planning processes
  • Drive and provide support for ad-hoc strategic financial analyses and projects to support senior management and business decisions
  • Develop detailed understanding of company’s business model and KPIs

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar field; MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years of experience working in investment banking or in corporate finance at a high growth tech company 
  • Advanced financial modeling skills; in-depth knowledge of Excel 
  • Experience with Netsuite or Adaptive is a plus
  • Self-starter, ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet deadlines, in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Extremely proactive, approaches problems in a structured manner, comfortable with ambiguity, and able to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Comfortable analyzing and managing large data sets. SQL proficiency and experience working with data visualization tools (eg. Tableau) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and effectively influence senior business partners.

About the Job

The VP of Growth Marketing drives business outcomes by achieving success across our growth marketing funnel, with a focus on performance marketing, media, eCommerce/web, and Lifecycle Marketing. This leader partners deeply with our product teams and Business Unit GMs to meet and surpass business metrics, with a primary focus on revenue and its critical drivers. This leader partners deeply with other marketing discipline teams as well as critical cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. Their performance is directly connected to the company’s top and bottom lines and this will be an exciting, high visibility role within the organization.

What You’ll Do

  • Deeply understand the connection of various marketing channels/levers to our key business metrics. Enact strategies and tactics to generate greater returns from our investments in them.
  • Lead a team of performance-oriented channel specialists (paid media, affiliate, CRM, search & app store, etc.). Ensure cohesion and orchestration across channels and surfaces.
  • Own our eCommerce engine. Lead a multi-faceted DTC marketing and merchandising team to optimize our eCommerce revenues and other core metrics. 
  • Partner with brand and creative leadership to ensure strong connectivity of our messaging, creative excellence, and adherence to brand guidelines and ambition. We do not pursue a “short term wins at all cost” strategy.
  • Partner with business group leaders to ensure growth marketing activities reflect their broader vision and priorities. 
  • Play a critical leadership role in marketing forecasting and budget management. Serve as a right-hand person to the CMO and CRO on all things surrounding growth marketing budget, forecast/plans and performance. 
  • Set a compelling vision for our next chapter of lifecycle marketing, rooted in programmatic, personalized and AI-driven approaches. 
  • Partner with Marketing and Revenue Analytics leadership to create a best-in-class framework for performance reporting and the surfacing of actionable insight. Create and lead forums for sharing these insights with leadership and other vested constituents.  

What We’re Looking For

  • 15+ years of successful experience in performance and growth marketing, with 5+ years of experience in the app marketing space. 
  • 5+ years overseeing Lifecycle/CRM marketing teams/functions.
  • Deep knowledge of digital performance/growth marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Consumer subscription experience strongly preferred. Freemium model experience is highly beneficial.
  • DTC ecommerce marketing experience strongly preferred. It is also beneficial to have channel marketing experience (retail and partnerships). 
  • Deep understanding of marketing insights & analytics methodologies and tools, from attribution to econometric modeling and beyond. 
  • Exceptional x-functional collaborator including experience collaborating with C-level partners.
  • Stellar communicator. Can distill complex stories down and communicate persuasively in both written and verbal modalities. 
  • While data-informed, must also embrace the grayscale nature of marketing and complement empiricism with judgment and intuition.
