Job Description

You will be part of a global legal team of around 12 people. Unit4 is growing fast and advancing its technology into many new areas which provides for a great number of exciting projects where legal is leading the business in best practice and compliant ways of transacting business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Commercial Contracts:
    • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts, including SaaS (sales) agreements, service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and joint venture agreements.

  • French Commercial Law:

  • Commercial Contracts:

    You will report to the Internal IT Infrastructure Manager, part of the IT team whose mission is to provide an effective, efficient, reliable and appropriate infrastructure to its users that is also maintainable as such.

    This job is location-independent, we are open to hiring in Spain, Portugal, Poland and Indonesia.

    What You Will Do

    • Lead Cloud Projects: Manage and lead multiple cloud projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, set project timelines, and monitor progress to meet project goals.
    • Technical Implementation: Oversee the engineering and configuration of cloud infrastructures on Microsoft Azure, utilizing your hands-on experience with automation tools and scripting languages.
    • Cloud Strategy and Migration: Develop and execute cloud adoption and migration strategies.
    • Problem Resolution: Respond to and manage major incidents under pressure, utilizing your strong problem-solving and analytical skills to ensure swift and effective resolutions.
    • Continuous Learning and Certification: Stay updated with the latest Azure certifications and cloud technologies to maintain your expertise and guide the team with best practices.
    • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders: Serve as the bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication, and translating complex technical concepts into actionable plans.

    Qualifications

    Who are you:

    You have experience as a project manager with a strong technical background, particularly in cloud computing and Microsoft Azure. You have a proven track record of managing and delivering multiple projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. You bring a unique blend of technical expertise and project management skills, enabling you to bridge the gap between technical teams and stakeholders effectively.

    • Experience working with Microsoft Azure on an IAAS and PAAS level
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with experience in coordinating cross-functional teams, setting project timelines, and delivering successful outcomes.
    • Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
    • Good understanding of cloud adaption and migration
    • MS certifications in cloud, security and O365
    • Hands on engineering, configuration of cloud infrastructures using various automation tools
    • In-depth experience in Azure cloud compute, storage, network firewall, load balancers, Admin portal, Azure services, Azure Active Directory / Entra ID.
    • Detailed knowledge of automated provisioning and DevOps tooling
    • Ability to work under pressure and effectively respond to major incidents.
    • A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field. MS Azure certificates from a course on cloud solutions architecture for Azure like Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-300, AZ 3001) is a plus.
    • Prior work experience in a position in which you have proven your technical, social and communication skillset.
