Description

Cobalt is looking for a marketing manager to join the demand generation team. As a demand generation marketing manager, you will develop, execute, and measure regional marketing plans to create awareness, build and accelerate regional sales pipeline, and engage with prospects and customers in North America and EMEA (specifically in the UKI regions). You will leverage your experience to deliver pipeline-impacting campaigns, account-based marketing, support events, and channel partner programs. With tight alignment with regional sales, you will continually evaluate marketing programs against quarterly goals to ensure positive contributions for new business and expansion pipeline. You are accountable, fearless in taking ownership, and, most importantly, ready to test and innovate your programs across the customer journey. You enjoy building personal relationships with sales reps and customers in your region and see yourself as an advocate to promote their successes.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans closely with demand gen and sales, aligned to company growth objectives and new customer acquisition.
  • Build multi-touch campaigns to help take prospects through the buyer journey, leveraging multiple channels and tactics, such as webinars, events, email, social, SEM, display advertising, retargeting, and content syndication that generates a consistent flow of marketing qualified leads.
  • Be accountable for regional demand generation goals (MQLs, PQOs, SQOs) and lead flow to ensure lead volume and funnel efficiencies are optimized and aligned with pipeline goals.
  • Develop conversion optimization strategies to drive pre-qual apps into sales qual apps and closed-won.
  • Own the content for campaigns, including reports, eBooks, white papers, infographics, promotional offers, and more.
  • Leverage account-based marketing and selling tactics as an efficient way to drive demand.
  • Develop programs to nurture leads and deliver them to the sales/lead development team.
  • Own enablement of the sales development representatives for your regional campaigns and track lead follow-up for leads in your region
  • Act as primary marketing contact with local sales team and leaders, including regular participation in sales team calls, in-person meetings, and planning sessions
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to identify additional assets and content required for effective local demand-generation programs to support the buyer's journey.
  • Monitor regional marketing plan metrics; incorporate learnings into programs.

You Have

  • A minimum of 8 years of marketing experience with a focus on demand generationor regional marketing, ideally within a B2B technology or cybersecurity environment
  • Experience planning and executing field marketing strategies and events
  • Demonstrable expertise in account-based marketing strategies, tactics, technologies, and campaign measurement
  • Deep understanding of the demand waterfall and conversion optimization strategies
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership, an ability to manage your programs and communicate your results back to the organization
  • Strong cross-functional team/project management, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to derive actionable insights that drive campaign optimization and improve lead-generation outcomes
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating engaging, conversion-focused content
  • Excellent organizational skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience utilizing Salesforce, 6sense, and other CRM/automation tools required
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and Asana is required

  • Manage incident response, threat hunting processes and workflows

You Have

We are looking for a top customer success manager to join our Enterprise team and help Cobalt's customers build and grow successful security testing programs. Description

As a Product Success Engineer at Cobalt, you will shape and scale our support processes, documentation, tools and workflows. Part of your time will be dedicated to directly supporting our customers and staff by triaging inquiries from various channels, providing Level 1 support (via chat, email, or video calls) for common inquiries or facilitating and tracking escalation flows. About The Role

As the Director of the Customer Success Team your responsibilities will include:

What You'll Do

  • Understand the corporate strategy and direction, and translate high level goals into manager and CSM outputs that are measurable
  • Motiviate, encourage, and inspire the team to act out the Cobalt mission

  • Customer facing with the ability to build relationships among key accounts, and assist with risk mitigation efforts
  • Retention forecasting at team, segment, geographic and individual levels
  • Lead the team to Influence customer lifetime value through driving product adoption, higher customer satisfaction through positive customer experience
  • Ensure greater customer engagement and relationships at multiple levels with customer organizations, leading to customers willingness to be a reference for Cobalt.

You Have

  • 7-8 years in Customer Success in a SaaS and/or Services company, with 5+ years experience in Management
  • Leadership experience managing managers
  • 3-5 years experience in the Cyber Security industry
  • Knowledge of pentesting
  • Commercial acumen - successful experience in sales or as a sales manager
  • Demonstrated success in driving change, and organizational transformation.
  • A proven track record of success in leading a Customer Success organization in a smaller (< $100M) privately held company
  • Proven experience managing multiple customer segments, and geographies, in an environment that requires unique, segment specific strategies 
  • Experience with leading scaled/digital customer success teams 
  • Ability to own in quarter, and quarter +1 forecasting at the company level, and a track record of accuracy in forecasting
  • Strong experience with understanding customer success KPIs, and track record of translating these into process 
  • Proven ability to manage performance at the org level, and make hire and fire decisions 
  • Experience with crafting compensation plans, annual planning & budgeting 
  • Proficient with data, and data analysis, and ability to continually leverage data to inform decision making 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence

About The Role

As the executive assistant to our CEO, your responsibilities will include:

We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join the Product Marketing team at Cobalt, with a focus on writing and content development. In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping and communicating the value proposition of our cybersecurity services, including pentesting and other offensive security offerings like secure code review and digital risk assessments. The Head of Research is a senior individual contributor role providing technical security direction and thought leadership to multiple cross-functional groups at Cobalt, including Delivery, Product, and various customer facing teams. This individual will provide technical security oversight for delivery quality initiatives at Cobalt, including evolution of various testing methodologies and frameworks. This person will collaborate with customer-facing teams to engage with Cobalt customers on technical security topics and thought leadership. 

The Head of Research will engage in industry projects and initiatives and provide enablement to Cobalt staff in order to uplevel the technical security knowledge of all teams across the board. This position will report to the Chief Strategy Officer who has responsibility for the CISO, IT, Delivery and the Cobalt Community, as well as work closely with other stakeholders most notably the Head of Product.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical direction and content development for pentesting methodologies
  • Provide technical security practitioner informed input and recommendations to product teams for workflow development and in-platform content.
  • Join go-to-market teams in customer and prospect-facing initiatives in order to both win new business, improve customer loyalty as well as gain valuable market insight for research
  • Represent Cobalt while engaging in industry projects and initiatives. These could be speaking engagements, as a PR spokesperson or other forms of market shaping activity such as blogs, and podcasts etc
  • Provide technical security training to Cobalt staff, developing custom content to support different functions

You Have

  • 5+ years of hands-on pentesting experience, including web app, API, mobile, network
  • 10+ years of experience in offensive security or related technical security field
  • Confident and magnetic presence when presenting and engaging with customers, prospects, and industry stakeholders. You must be an exceptional written and verbal communicator able to consummately adapt your message to varied audiences
  • Experience creating and delivering content in a variety of formats
  • An ability to think strategically, as well as an outstanding grasp of the technical and business detail in the pentesting and Offensive Security domain.
