About the Role

Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the Vice President of Information Security is responsible for implementing and running the enterprise information security program to ensure that information assets and associated technology, applications, systems, infrastructure, and processes are adequately protected in the digital ecosystem in which InMarket operates.

Strategy, Planning & Leadership:

  • Develop an information security vision and strategy that is aligned to organizational priorities.
  • Participate in strategic and operational governance processes. 
  • Lead strategic information security planning to achieve business goals by prioritizing initiatives and coordinating the evaluation, deployment, and management of current and future technologies using a risk-based assessment methodology.
  • Provide regular reporting on the current status of the information security program to a variety of audiences including senior management.

  • Manage the budget for the information security function, monitoring and reporting discrepancies.

 Acquisition & Deployment:

  • Define and communicate plans, procedures, policies, and standards for the organization for acquiring, implementing, and operating new security systems, equipment, software, and other technologies.
  • Participate in feasibility studies and conduct risk assessments for software and systems under consideration for purchase and make recommendations.
  • Ensure that any new software and integration into company systems meet security requirements.

 

 Operational Management:

  • Manage and contain information security incidents and events to protect corporate IT assets, intellectual property, regulated data and the credit union’s reputation.
  • Monitor the external threat environment for emerging threats and advise relevant stakeholders on the appropriate courses of action.
  • Develop and oversee effective disaster recovery policies and standards to align with the enterprise business continuity management program goals.

  • Remain informed on trends and issues in cybersecurity, including current and emerging technologies and threats. Advise, counsel, and educate executive and management teams on their relative importance and organizational impact.

 Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Administration is Required.
  • 10+ years of experience in Senior People Leadership roles in Information Security and IT is Required.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC) is an asset.
  • Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, ITIL, COBIT as well as those from NIST, including 800-53 and Cybersecurity Framework is Required.
  • Security+ and Network+ certification preferred.
  • Experience with SOC and SOX compliance required.

Who you are

We are looking for a bar-raising closer and operator to help us improve the success of our programmatic supply partnerships. 

You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our programmatic supply relationships, ensuring optimal utilization to achieve the campaign KPIs of our clients. You will be the primary point of contact for our programmatic supply partners managing the day-to-day decisions and driving long-term strategic endeavors in alignment with InMarket’s 5 year plan. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders from product, ad operations, data science and engineering teams to improve the advertising inventory purchased via our data-driven programmatic solutions on behalf of our Fortune 500 clients and more.

Your daily impact as a Head of Supply Path Optimization 

  • Own our programmatic supply relationships and act as the primary point of contact and lead for ongoing collaborative innovation.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply path optimization strategy to enhance transparency, efficiency, and effectiveness of our programmatic ad campaigns.
  • Work with supply side platforms on optimal inventory access for mutual benefit. 
  • Monitor and report on the health and performance of our supply and programmatic buying systems to internal stakeholders to highlight trends and areas for improvement to mitigate both ad fraud and invalid traffic as well as reduce discrepancies.
  • Clearly message, communicate, and collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Engineering teams on strategy, goals and roadmap to ensure on-time delivery
  • Meet with partners to understand value and opportunities, solicit feedback on new products and features.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to programmatic advertising and supply path optimization. Propose and implement innovative strategies to keep our supply chain both efficient and effective.
  • Be able to evangelize new products and ideas with partners.
  • Make things happen quickly and efficiently.

Experience and Expertise

  • Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and real-time bidding, across display, mobile and CTV and how to effectively manage supply partnerships.
  • Domain expertise in header bidding, ads.txt and digital mediation technologies.   
  • Proficiency in monitoring programmatic supply to shape traffic to shifts in market demand.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting business plans, articulating strategy and roadmap, and working with leaders both within the company as well as externally with partners.
  • Ability to analyze data and operate with a metrics-driven mindset using data to identify opportunities and issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills when determining how to best solve market challenges.
  • Certified sense of humor.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing supply partnerships at a demand side platform.

For candidates in California, Colorado, and New York City, the Targeted Base Salary Range for this role is $179,292 -$215,000.

Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to work experience, specialized skills and training, performance in role, business needs, and job requirements. Base salary is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Job Description

We are currently seeking a Product Manager who will be focusing on developing InMarket’s Measurement product, LCI.  This role will support automation and enhancement of the Measurement platform. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have a keen eye for gaps in product offerings and the innovative mindset to fill them. You’re a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of product production — from conception through release. You have developed the qualities of a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the successful creation of products that improve consumer experience and grow market share.

 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Development and execution of the product roadmap for InMarket’s Measurement product by collaborating with cross-functional teams from engineering, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to launch, market, and support new products or features
  • Leverage customer feedback, market trends, and data to align and prioritize product roadmap with market and revenue opportunity
  • Evangelize product ideas with core internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Develop a strong understanding of the technology and products of the full InMarket portfolio, working with cross-organizational product and tech teams to build unique value for customers
  • Identify key opportunities to connect Measurement to the rest of the InMarket product suite
  • Support sales teams in pre-sales technical and product discussions, as well as in growing strategic accounts
  • Ensure that all products that are built adhere to InMarket data ethics standards
  • Partner with engineering to communicate product requirements, solve technical and customer challenges, and drive successful sprints
  • Work closely with Data Science on methodology development and machine learning projects
  • Manage vendor and partner relationships as necessary to support the product and future

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of product management experience, preferably with an emphasis on building online platforms for customers to engage and execute self-service tasks
  • 3-5 years working in ad tech with experience in digital media advertising and understanding of the campaign lifecycle
  • Extensive knowledge of adtech and specifically advertising measurement. Strong understanding of the pricing, packaging, and services within the advertising measurement landscape
    • Experience with Marketing Mix Modeling and/or Multi-touch Attribution a plus
    • Experience with Consumer Packaged Good brands a plus 
  • Proficient in competitive assessments and positioning, product planning, sales training, and customer presentations 
  • Passionate about thinking big and creatively to differentiate in the market and grow the business
  • Strong iterative test-and-learn mindset to product development
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical people
  • Data-driven approach to business and product decisions
  • Understanding of data science and hands-on analytical skills (such as SQL, data science tools and workflows). 
  • Willingness and ability to go deep in technical specs / requirements. 
  • Creative and innovative thinker who can develop new ideas and iterate on existing solutions.
