How will this role have an impact?

The Client Operations Lead maintains and improves our clients’ satisfaction and member experience. The Client Operations Lead works closely with and has the potential to lead a team of analysts who directly support our clients. The Lead is responsible for oversight of a team handling day-to-day tasks, as well as direct client support. The Lead is one of the contact points for key stakeholders, including the Data, Production, Consumer Experience, Member Experience and Client Success teams.

We are seeking a leader with the potential to lead a team of Analysts and successfully coach, manage performance and develop the team. This would also entail:
- Design, lead and monitor training for new Analysts
- Oversight of team’s deliverables
- Complete Analyst tasks for assigned clients or for coverage of Analysts on their team

Logistics: This role is fully remote with occasional travel to client and team onsites.


What will you do:

  • Operational program management for 6-7 client accounts
  • Prepare agendas for weekly client meetings and lead operational discussions with professionalism and expertise
  • In partnership with Client Success Executives and Regional Client Operations Leads, have critical conversations with clients about timing and expectations for problem resolution and what requests we are not able to meet.
  • Partner with Senior Account Management Leaders and Regional Leadership to maintain client priorities.
  • Break ties for prioritization when there are multiple demands for work to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Prioritize client issues to maximize business success balanced with client and member satisfaction.
  • Project management of invoicing and claims
  • Client marketing materials, data, reporting and member issue resolution escalation
  • Report out on Regional updates to Executive team members
  • Lead new client and program implementations.
  • Drive program and process improvement and ensure knowledge transfer to the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of efforts and coordination to drive outcomes and effective client communication
  • In this role you will lead a team that will have oversight for the following:
    • Complete client meeting documentation: data entry, meeting minutes, action items in support of Client Success Executives
    • Ad-hoc reporting
    • Quality assurance for reports and deliverables; report manipulation based on client requirements
    • Ticket submission and tracking for client requests directly related to the success of the program
    • Print and digital mail material management and prepping for distribution.


We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 3-5 years of successful client-facing experience in account management, working for or directly with health plans in the Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial space.
  • Basic knowledge of health plan operations related to Medicare, Medicaid and Commercial membership
  • Knowledge of government programs risk adjustment (knowledge of CMS Medicare Stars program a plus)
  • Conflict management skills.
  • Familiarity with invoicing and claims
  • Astute in reviewing and organizing data in Excel
  • Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to clearly articulate via verbal and written communication
  • Confidence in communicating with leadership at all organizational levels
  • Meticulous self-starter with a proven track record of working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing tight timelines, deliverable schedules and a diverse set of internal stakeholders to meet expectations even without explicit control of all inputs needed

The base salary hiring range for this position is $64,500 to $110,400. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits

How will this role have an impact?

The Clinical Operations Manager will be responsible for the day to day oversight of the clinician team responsible for completing in-home and video (virtual) evaluations for Signify Health. This role will provide clinical and business oversight to a team of 150 clinicians that include Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Physicians (MD or DO).

This role will report to our Senior Director, Clinical Operations.

Logistics:  Fully remote role with some required travel


What will you do?

  • Manage the daily operational performance and metrics of a team of clinicians (ex: cancellation rates, Diagnostic & Preventive Services completion rates, In-Home Evaluation (IHE) completions, staffing levels, etc).
  • Drive a sense of culture on their teams through 1:1 interactions, team building events, and other culture events.
  • Partner with recruitment to manage staffing levels across their respective teams.
  • Partner with capacity management team to troubleshoot capacity concerns with their team.
  • Partner with clinical coaches to monitor and oversee the clinical performance of the clinicians.
  • Lead the team’s performance to meet company goals. Coach and delivery disciplinary actions as needed. Other management responsibilities as required.

This role will report to a Member Engagement Manager.

What will you do?

  • Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour placed by an automatic dialer system to offer, explain, and schedule a free in-home or virtual health evaluation with a provider. 
  • Follow 20+ approved scripts, ensure members understand and are comfortable with the terms, and respond to rebuttals persuasively and with professional courtesy.
  • Present a positive, professional, and high energy approach to clients, health plan members, and team members.
  • Meet daily goals set by the department (i.e., 300-400 outbound dials per day, 24 appointments set per day, shift and attendance policy adherence, quality targets, etc.) in an office or remote environment.
  • Adjust, reschedule, and cancel appointments with both members and contracted providers, as requested.
  • Monitor performance results including appointments, calls, handle time, and productivity using designated reporting systems.
  • Report member complaints and escalations immediately to Member Engagement Managers.
  • Participate in peer side-by-side coaching as needed.
  • Follow HIPAA and other security and privacy guidelines when handling protected health information accessed during normal work activities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • 1+ year call center experience OR 2+ years general work experience required.
  • Previous outbound call center or high volume experience working in a metrics driven environment, with an auto dialer, and/or using scripts is preferred.
  • A desire to work in an efficient, results-oriented outbound call center environment.
  • Persuasive with the ability to rebuttal while treating all health plan members with professional courtesy.
  • Good communication skills, friendly and conversational.
  • Ability to adhere to a fixed daily schedule, including start, breaks, lunch, and end times.
  • Strong computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems at the same time, while making calls.
  • Proficiency in the English language

  • Build, develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics that support key business decisions

How will this role have an impact?

Signify Health is hiring a Remote Content Marketing Manager

How will this role have an impact?

As a member of Signify Health’s Clinician Acquisition & Communications team, you will execute the company’s clinician communication and workforce transition strategy across key workstreams, driving employer brand awareness, engagement, and retention across Signify Health’s clinician network.

This role will manage and contribute to the creation of clinician-facing communication, including best practices, key bulletins/updates, employee updates, as well as employer branding and thought leadership content. The focus will be developing a relationship with and engagement strategy toward a clinician audience – including current contractors, colleagues, and those interested in working with Signify Health. The opportunity is ideal for a driven, creative, and highly effective communicator who is passionate about improving health care delivery. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable writing, managing/contributing to multiple projects, as well as creating simplicity for a large audience. This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Clinician Communications. 

What you’ll do

  • Plan, manage, write, edit, proofread, and publish a variety of content assets, including emails, employee guides, best practices, testimonials, blogs, etc.
  • Explore and expand messaging strategies and channels.
  • Partner effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including conducting interviews and profiling physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate and adjust content strategy accordingly.
  • Ensure content is consistent across all departments of the organization.
  • Coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional activities, ensuring all published materials conform to the Company's intended branding and standards, in terms of language, tone, graphics, and stylistic elements, for a cohesive look and feel.
  • Presents and communicates report findings and metrics in an easy-to-understand/actionable way.
  • Liaises with Operations, Clinical, Product, and Educational departments to create and coordinate messaging strategies that work across different channels.

What you’ll bring

  • You’re a self-starter who can work both independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Able to fluently communicate via written and verbal methods in English
  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field strongly preferred. 
  • 4+ years of experience in the development of marketing and communication content and strategies, preferably in the health care environment. 
  • Experience in engaging with and communicating with clinicians, including but not limited to physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other allied health care professionals (or comparable stakeholder base).
  • Internal/employee communication experience preferred.
  • Able to fluently communicate via written and verbal methods in English.
  • Experience working with full Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets).
  • Demonstrated excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Familiar with SEO/SEM best practices.
  • Ability to identify priorities, track progress, and multi-task effectively, with demonstrated ability to meet/exceed tight deadlines or competing priorities.
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized.
  • Demonstrated exemplary customer service skills.
  • Ability and willingness to learn new skills.
  • Take responsibility for mistakes and make corrections/adaptations as needed.

ADDITIONAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Participate in staff meetings, conference calls, and other meetings, as needed 
  • Be on time, ready to work at your assigned work location on a daily basis 
  • Manage time effectively 
  • Respond well to coaching and supervision  
  • Attend training sessions to acquire/enhance skills related to programs offered 
  • Perform other incidental and related duties as required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

  • Work effectively with frequent interruptions 
  • Lifting requirements of 15 lbs. occasionally

The base salary hiring range for this position is $54,700 to $93,500. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.

How will this role have an impact?

A Software Engineer - Datadevelops systems to manage data flow throughout Signify Health’s infrastructure. This involves all elements of data engineering, such as ingestion, transformation, and distribution of data.

What will you do?

  • Deliver clean and functional code in accordance with business requirements.
  • Consume data from any source, such as flat files, streaming systems, or RESTful APIs  
  • Develop a high level understanding of data ecosystems and its impacts on adjacent systems.
  • Interface with Electronic Health Records
  • Engineer scalable, reliable, and performant systems to manage data
  • Collaborate closely with other Engineers, QA, Scrum master, Product Manager in your team as well as across the organization
  • Build quality systems while expanding offerings to dependent teams
  • Implement observability in the form of metrics, logging, and monitoring
  • Comfortable in multiple roles, from Design and Development to Code Deployment to and monitoring and investigating in production systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Proven ability to complete projects in a timely manner while clearly measuring progress
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, async programming patterns, object-oriented design, parallel programming)
  • Strong understanding and demonstrated experience with at least one popular programming language (.NET or Java) and SQL constructs.
  • Experience writing and maintaining frontend client applications, Angular preferred
  • Experience with revision control (Git)
  • High level understanding of cloud-based systems (Azure / AWS / GCP).
  • High level understanding of big data design (data lake, data mesh, data warehouse) and data normalization patterns
  • High level understanding of Queuing technologies (Kafka / SNS / RabbitMQ etc)
  • High level understanding of Metrics, Logging, Monitoring and Alerting tools
  • Strong communication skills

The base salary hiring range for this position is $56,300 to $81,100. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
