Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and Manage: Directly manage a team of 5-7 engineers, ensuring productivity, alignment, and overall team health
  • Establish Technical Vision: Own and communicate the technical strategy, ensuring alignment with product goals
  • Mentorship and Growth: Coach engineers, foster a culture of learning, and support their professional development
  • Technical Leadership: Make informed technical decisions, ensure best practices, and oversee the quality of deliverables

What we look for in you

  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of mobile development frameworks, architecture patterns, and performance optimization

What we are looking for

  • Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: You will develop a strategic vision for the company security program, demonstrating how it will support Beekeeper in achieving its overall strategic objectives. You will create an annual security plan to track progress and address priorities effectively, always keeping in mind emerging trends and current threat landscape. 
  • Information security management controls: You will manage, maintain and document the security controls and processes, and implement appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure and report their effectiveness. Areas of focus will include secure software development, identity and access management, vulnerability management, logging and monitoring, and incident response.  
  • Representing InfoSec Externally:You will effectively present and articulate our security practices, certifications, and compliance measures during sales processes, customer meetings, and external engagements to build trust and confidence.
  • Governance & Risk Management: You will establish and implement a comprehensive Enterprise Risk Management framework and further develop our risk inventory. In addition, you design and implement a framework that ensures appropriate decision rights, balancing the sometimes diverging expectations of the stakeholders, including prospects, customers, regulators, auditors and senior management.
  • Industry Standards & Readiness: You are responsible for preparing and maintaining relevant certifications and organizational readiness,  as well as managing external relationships with the relevant regulator and accreditation organizations. You will keep up to date with current and impending industry security standards and certifications. 
  • Incident & Process Management: You will establish and refine security and privacy incident detection, response, and reporting processes to minimize impact and resolution time.  You will lead and project manage various security, privacy, and other GRC initiatives alongside colleagues from multiple departments.
  • Develop a Strong Security Culture: You will cultivate an environment where decision-makers and stakeholders understand and care about information security and consider security implications in their decision-making, and where every individual understands their role and responsibilities in relation to security
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Security:You will strengthen and standardize security assessments and privacy requirements for our vendors and third-party providers.

What we look for in you

  • University Education degree in a relevant field

What we look for in you

Beekeeper is seeking a FP&A analyst/ Controller to join our dynamic Finance team as we scale up our systems & processes to support the company’s growth plans. This is an opportunity to join an innovative technology company with global operations and high ambitions. The role reports to our Director of FP&A / Treasury and will work closely with peers in the Accounting and FP&A team, along with other departments.

Your Responsibilities

FP&A

  • Assist in the preparation and management of the yearly budget, mid-year forecasting and long-term financial projections 
  • Prepare & analyze monthly actuals reporting. Collaborate with departments to provide financial insights and analysis to support business decisions  
  • Perform profitability analysis
  • Preparation of  investor and board and ad-hoc reports

Treasury

  • Prepare monthly cash flow reporting and assist in cash flow planning
  • Complete bank reconciliations, dunning processes and daily cash management

Projects

  • Maintain the data and reporting structures in the Finance Tech Stack
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements with a focus on automatisation
  • Become expert within the Finance team for systems such as SAP, Lucanet, Chargebee

What we look for in you

  • Bachelor or Masters degree in Finance & Accounting
  • 2-5 years’ relevant financial analyst experience 
  • Fluent in English (C1+)

As a Senior Software Engineer with Erlang experience, you will play a key role in maintaining and improving our MongooseIM backend that powers our messaging platform. In addition to Erlang, you will contribute to our frontend and/or backend areas and work with technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript and Vue.js.   • Work closely in a cross-functional team with other passionate software engineers, designers, quality assurance, and product managers to develop and ship new features in our communication domains as either backend and / or frontend engineer
  • Optimize, improve and maintain messaging platform based on MongooseIM
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Erlang development
  • Our engineers have an on-call duty. When you be will up to speed we expect you to be part of the rota as well

 What we look for in you

  • At least 5 years of experience in software engineering with a focus on functional programming in Erlang with a good understanding of OTP (Open Telecom Platform) and its application to distributed systems
  • Willingness to work on frontend (Vue.js / JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML) and / or backend development (Java, Python)
  • You care about code quality, continuous refactoring and want to share your knowledge of functional programming within the company
  • Familiar with modern DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines and proficient in Git and other collaborative development tools
  • Good communication and collaboration skills to work with teams spread across different locations and fluent in English

As aSenior Platform DevOps Engineer, you will work on building and maintaining our state-of-the-art production infrastructure. You will be essential in  automating and improving our deployment, monitoring and running our platform with the highest level of operational excellence.

You will work closely with our platform team which is responsible for driving and innovating the underlying platform that powers Beekeeper’s product, including scaling and optimizing our impressive set of datastores and technologies including Kubernetes, FluxCD, Helm, ClickHouse, Quarkus, AI, Grafana and more. 

With an open, collaborative and innovative mindset, you work as part of a team to deliver Beekeeper’s software to its rapidly-growing community of users.

Your responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and resilient cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP
  • Contribute to our container orchestration clusters (EKS and GKE)
  • Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for seamless and secure deployments
  • Contribute to backend development, focusing on performance and scalability
  • Optimize database performance, particularly PostgreSQL and ClickHouse
  • Implement and maintain robust monitoring, logging, and alerting systems
  • Take operational responsibility for the services that we own, including taking part in an on-call rotation
  • Be an active participant in code reviews and help mentor junior engineers

What we look for in you

  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering roles
  • Strong software engineering background with proficiency in languages like Python or Java
