Glooko seeks an experienced GLS Marketing Director with a Life Sciences background to spearhead our growth marketing initiatives, elevate our industry presence, and drive engagement through our work with clinical trials, real-world data, and strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate is a dynamic marketing professional with 7+ years of experience in life sciences and digital marketing, specifically skilled in developing sales and marketing materials for the CRO industry, coordinating major events, and overseeing end-to-end marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Development

  • Create content for sales presentations, collateral and thought leadership events including webinars on our life sciences capabilities and differentiators
  • Identify and track market trends and competitors
  • Create ongoing market updates for sales and for Glooko leadership on customer and partner trends

Lead Management

  • Manage event-generated leads by importing them into Salesforce and accurately tagging them with the appropriate campaign source.
  • Track event performance, including leads and opportunities created, ensuring precise attribution to specific events.

Reporting and Analysis

  • Provide stakeholders with regular updates and performance reports on lead generation, and marketing initiatives.

Social Media

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to promote events, webinars, and marketing campaigns, ensuring strong engagement across platforms.
  • Monitor social media interactions and respond promptly to maximize engagement.

Field Marketing/Account-Based Marketing

  • Drive field marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility and engagement within targeted markets.
  • Design and execute account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to engage key accounts through personalized communications.
  • Collaborate with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure an integrated marketing approach.

Tradeshow Coordination

  • Serve as the primary contact for tradeshow organizers, managing all communications related to registration, speaking opportunities, and logistical requirements.
  • Ensure deadline compliance, handle event registrations, and coordinate schedules for internal and external attendees.
  • Liaise with booth logistics vendors to manage setup and teardown, ensuring smooth on-site operations.

  • Support and assure FDA and ISO 13485 Design Controls requirements on the development processes for Glooko products on cross-functional teams
  • Ensure compliance to the elements of Design Controls including Planning, Design Input, Design Output, Design Review, Design Verification, Design Validation, Design Transfer, Design Changes, and Design History File
  • Lead the medical device risk management activities, include FDA cybersecurity requirements, across the global organization
  • Facilitate the risk management and dFMEA/sFMEA processes among stakeholders in Engineering, Verification, Clinical, Product and Regulatory
  • Lead risk evaluation for pre-market and post-market issues for product safety, including completion of the risk documentation and the risk management file

  • Direct experience with FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, ISO 14971, IEC 62034, IEC 82304, and FDA Cybersecurity expectations
  • Strong understanding and responsibility for compliance to Design Control Requirements
  • In-depth knowledge of Medical Device Risk Management practices according to ISO 14971 including application of Risk Management to all the stages of software development including dFMEA/sFMEA.

  • Detail oriented and well organized with excellent skills in written and verbal communications and analytical and strategic thinking

Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
