We are seeking a Coordinator, Video & Social Content (Temporary) to join our Organic Content team. In this role, you will support us in building and growing our content library to increase brand awareness and engagement and build brand affinity. You will partner closely with SEO, Editorial, Organic Social, Engineering, Design, and Product teams to create and scale content for our YouTube channels. 

This position requires keen attention to detail, an understanding of SEO best practices for video, in-depth knowledge of the social landscape (with a focus on YouTube), writing and copy editing experience, social video optimization techniques, and content management best practices. Successful candidates will enjoy rolling up their sleeves and are committed to delivering high-quality digital experiences that contribute to organizational success.

This is a temporary, non-permanent position. This position is part-time, with an average weekly workload of 20-30 hours.

You Will:

  • Maintain an organized weekly content calendar to schedule uploads effectively and ensure timely delivery of content
  • Manage weekly YouTube content uploads
  • Create compelling, educational, and SEO-optimized title and description copy for YouTube
  • Perform keyword research and optimize YouTube videos with keyword tags
  • Optimize existing content with links back to the site and relevant content
  • Manage video assets to prep for embeds in blog posts on the Hims and Hers websites
  • Optimize for YouTube with the creation of updated titles, description copy, keywords, and links to site
  • Partner with our Sr. Social Video Editor to create a strategy for cross-posting YouTube content to other social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.)
  • Manage the YouTube community engagement and respond to comments on YouTube to drive on-platform engagement
  • Interface with customer service teams and medical professionals to craft brand-appropriate responses to public comments
  • Perform audits of existing content to record and remove mentions of sunsetted products, images, brand ambassadors, claims, etc
  • Utilize YouTube Analytics to monitor basic channel performance, and key engagement metrics to provide high-level trends insights to Editorial and Social teams
  • Assist with the management of the content architecture and placement of content in the user experience

You Are:

  • A grammar-obsessed, proficient copywriter and editor with an eagle eye for the details
  • Knowledgeable of basic SEO best practices and keyword identification
  • Familiar with YouTube Studio, with advanced proficiency in content creation and administration. Able to navigate content publishing interfaces, troubleshoot issues, and provide comprehensive training to users at all skill levels
  • Familiar with project management & collaboration tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Slack, and Monday.com to track progress, and collaborate with team members effectively
  • Service-oriented. You work quickly and collaboratively on technical projects and provide an informed perspective on web best practices

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on analytics leader to lead our Marketing Analytics team, supporting a substantial annual Marketing budget. You will help shape our Marketing strategy so that it maximizes ROI and customer LTV.

As a Senior 2D/3D Motion Designer, you will be an integral part of our broadcast and streaming team, combining creativity and technical expertise to produce high-quality video edits and motion graphics for our brand platform. This role is for project-based work. The individual in this role will be employed and paid by an agency or Employer of Record to provide services on behalf of Hims & Hers.

The Sr. Program Manager, Compounding role sits on the Compounding Program Management team and is responsible for supporting all Hims & Hers RX compounded drug product launches across the organization.   • Schedule and lead cross-functional meetings, status calls, and deliverable reviews, regularly taking organized notes and sending meeting summaries.
  • Manage each stage of the approval process and ensure proper alignment along the way.
  • Ensure that all team members have necessary project information, briefs, and program documents needed for project success.
  • Act as the internal source of truth and main point of contact for assigned projects.
  • Anticipate risks and solve for roadblocks proactively, escalating appropriately.
  • Cross-functionally communicate and build relationships with multiple internal departments including supply chain, operations, creative, legal, regulatory, product marketing, and medical.

This role is for a Contract Email Developer who will provide temporary services to Hims & Hers on a 1099 basis. This is a 6-month contract for roughly 20 hours a week.

Hims & Hers is looking to hire a Finance Manager - Headcount to join our finance organization. This role will be reporting to the Senior Manager of Head Count/ G&A cost as part of the Corporate FP&A organization. The Senior Payroll Lead will perform complex administrative and accounting duties necessary to prepare payroll for exempt and nonexempt employees in a multi-state and multi-subsidiary environment while ensuring compliance with company policy and procedure as well as federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations. All responsibilities need to be performed in a timely manner and with accuracy utilizing judgment and critical thinking in a a fast-paced environment.

  • Full-cycle processing semi-monthly US payroll across multiple subsidiaries with employees working in nearly all 50 states while incorporating payroll data from multiple internal departments and external benefit providers. This includes maintaining supporting documentation for authorization for all changes.
  • Process off cycle payroll batches (terminations, equity ISO/NSO/ESPP/RSU releases, reimbursements, etc), as necessary.
  • Review and process hours from a timekeeping system on a semi-monthly basis and import to the payroll module.  Follow up with supervisors to resolve timekeeping system issues in a timely manner. 
  • Create reconciliation reports at month end and year end for 401k, benefits, and equity awards etc.
  • Assist with payroll compliance matters such as multi-state/multi-jurisdiction tax withholding, garnishments, and key annual audits (e.g., 401 (k), workers compensations, external financial audit).
  • Identify opportunities and recommend scalable processes to enhance payroll operational efficiency while maintaining accuracy. This includes assisting the Payroll Supervisor with the design and implementation of internal control measures and periodic review of compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley.
  • Provide standard and ad-hoc payroll reports to various internal departments such as Finance, Accounting, Legal, Equity and People Operations.
  • Reconcile and validate 401(k)/Roth contributions and resolve discrepancies.
  • Review W-2s, ensure W-2s are issued accurately on time.
  • Monitor payroll accounting email inbox and respond to payroll-related questions promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain good recordkeeping practices and payroll files.
  • Assist in implementing, writing, and maintaining standard operating procedures.
