About the Role:

As a Gainsight Administrator, you will be responsible for Gainsight planning, configuration, training, reporting, and ongoing support for the Gainsight platform. You will be the lead resource managing requests, troubleshooting, and driving the advancement and adoption of Gainsight. This is a collaborative role that requires tight coordination with customer success, operations, and development teams to determine requirements and priorities, develop project plans, and drive Gainsight enhancement. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Customer Success and Experience Operations.

You Will:

  • Responsible for optimization of architecture and configuration of Invoca’s Gainsight environment 
  • Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity to make recommendations and deploy continuous improvements
  • Develop and maintain standardized reports and dashboards
  • Partner with CS Leadership to collect and measure key performance metrics and assist with exec reporting
  • Work cross-functionally with CS leadership, Sales/Account Management, Business systems, and other internal teams to standardize and streamline processes by tracking areas of opportunity in lifecycle stages such as onboarding, renewal, expansion, etc.
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization via Gainsight, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Enablement on internal Gainsight training and best practices, and curate content and playbook development to allow the team to more efficiently and consistently deliver customer outcomes
  • Serve as the frontline resource for internal end users to field questions, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems

You’ll be responsible for understanding the technical nitty-gritty so that folks who need to troubleshoot our products will have all the information at their fingertips. 

 

The ideal candidate will be focused on delivering customer value through fostering technical understanding of our products, ensuring industry best practices for style and delivery types across our existing product documentation (we’re open to your ideas!), collaborating with stakeholders, prioritizing documentation requests, refining the documentation backlog, helping establish documentation needs at each stage of the product release process, and applying your learnings to continually improve the delivery process of the technical documentation. 

 

This position will report to the Head of Product Operations and have a substantial impact on the organization in shaping Invoca’s knowledge base and product delivery process. 

 

You Will:

  • Create and publish internal and customer-facing documentation to support product adoption and customer success. This includes: product how-tos, best practices, FAQs, technical enablement documentation, and more.
  • Work closely with the Product Management team to track upcoming product releases and publish supporting documentation.
  • Work closely with the Customer Success team to prioritize and fill gaps in existing documentation. 
  • Partner with the Customer Education team to ensure both “expected path” and “technical troubleshooting” documentation is covered.
  • Work with the Head of Product Operations and stakeholders across the company to ensure documentation needs are clearly defined at all stages of the product release process.
  • Manage the Jira project of documentation requests across Slack and Productboard inputs. There’s room for workflow improvement & would love for someone to bring their own ideas!
  • Manage the Invoca Knowledge Base product taxonomy - curate and revise existing documentation along with organizing new entries. 
  • Edit, clarify, and proofread documents written by others, and coach non-writers on ways to improve their writing skills. 
  • Nice to have: Consolidate monthly product release notes and publish to stakeholders.

You Have:

  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience, such as technical writing, product documentation, or online publishing including experience with writing technical customer-facing materials.

In this role, you’ll manage all PR day-to-day communications, become our internal reporter (reading articles, story-mining, sniffing out fresh opportunities to turn the one-off chats into memorable press moments), build PR launch strategies and draft respective communications as we bring new products or announcements to market, drive our industry/product awards program, recommend and draft abstracts for trade events and external speaking engagements, execute on thoughtful executive thought leadership programs (take advantage of using crafty social, video, content, quotes), and more. You Will:

  • Develop, implement, and execute a world-class PR strategy that garners earned coverage in both business and trade/vertical publications.
  • Write punchy, PR-friendly pitches with compelling points of view that push provocative narratives. 
  • Establish, grow, and maintain dependable relationships among media and journalists, and influencers, identify memorable story ideas, pitch press, and secure coverage.
  • Source and manage a spokesperson program to power interviews, podcasts, video interviews, and live-event speaking opportunities for Invoca executives, key customers and advocates.
  • Write snappy, engaging and informative press releases that prospects/customers, partners, and investors will actuallywant to read! 
  • Leveraging non-traditional channels, including social media, podcasts, and more, to reach new audiences and influencers and expand Invoca’s brand awareness in new markets.
  • Identify, manage, and activate industry influencers in core market segments (healthcare, automotive, telco and more) to build ever-lasting relationships.
  • Track and report on key metrics monthly, including earned media coverage, share-of-voice, competitor moves, and opportunities to grow and improve. Lean on data to inform key learnings and reevaluate future PR strategies. 
  • Thinking “outside of the box” and never be afraid to test drive your new ideas. 
  • Bonus: If you have experience in producing or hosting podcasts/public speaking.

You Have:

  • 8+ years of PR and/or marketing communications experience leading communications for B2B/B2C tech companies
  • Proven track record of creating impactful and measurable communications campaigns
  • Excellent writing skills and experience writing for global audiences across various channels
  • Ability to fluidly navigate between strategy and execution (can develop high-level strategic plans and also produce crisp, clear communications that drive results)
