In this role, you will:        

  • Have the responsibility for day-to-day support and advancement of our global network infrastructure, which includes areas such as:

                Enterprise Campus and Data Center Switching
                Routing
                WAN technologies such as SD-WAN and IPsec VPN
                Wireless
                Load Balancers
                Firewalls and Remote Access VPN
                Network Management, Monitoring, Alerting and Logging        

  • Monitor network utilization and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and escalate appropriately upon network incidents.
  • Multi-task efforts that may include other providers.
  • Document technical engineering procedures for use by other members of the IT Infrastructure team.
  • Contribute to roadmap, architectural direction, and continuous improvement.
  • Communicate proactively about opportunities, expectations, timelines, risks, and issues.
  • Perform knowledge transfer to other members of the IT Infrastructure Team.
  • Assist in vendor negotiations and the RFP/RFI process.

Your background:         

  • BA or MA degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent industry experience.
  • Network Engineering experience
  • Understanding of Cisco Nexus data center switch family concepts, as well as, deployment and troubleshooting experience 
  • Understanding of Cisco Catalyst switch family concepts as well as deployment and troubleshooting experience
  • Understanding, deployment, and troubleshooting experience with BGP and OSPF routing protocols.
  • Understanding of Firewall concepts and deployment experience with at least one of the leading Firewall vendors.
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting IPsec VPN WAN technologies.
  • Knowledge and experience in supporting Wireless solutions, either in the cloud or on-premises ones.
  • Able to work well under pressure, multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Exceptional ability and solid desire to learn new skills.

Your background:

Your background:

Your background:
 
  • Law degree from a reputable university.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant in-house experience as a commercial lawyer, preferably in the technology industry, focusing on software, SaaS, and cloud offerings.
  • In-house experience in a fast-paced, business results-oriented, and team-based environment.
  • Understand complex contractual and business issues, assess risk, and provide concise business-focused legal advice to internal clients.

Your background:

  • Secondary education or higher, with a strong technical foundation.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales or business solutions role, ideally within the IT or software industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of networking, IT infrastructure, and/or cybersecurity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage decision-makers and technical stakeholders at all levels.

  • Manage and establish customer relationships including key executives and decision makers
  • Timely execution of customer success engagements.

Your background: 

  • 3+ years in Customer Success, with a proven ability to manage relationships in complex organizations, including Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers.
  • Fluent in German. 
  • Fluency in Italian will be considered an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer management within a software or SaaS environment, focusing on growth, adoption, retention, and issue resolution at both the business owner and senior executive levels.
  • Experience with Gainsight and Salesforce.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meetings with executive leadership.

      In this role, you will:

      • Maintain accounts payable and process weekly payments to our suppliers.
      • Review, approve, and process travel expenses.
      • Process invoices in our ERP system, Oracle Financial Cloud, after reviewing them for proper coding and approval.
      • Ensure timely completion of the month-end close by coordinating with our Accounting and Finance teams to make sure entries are in accordance with US GAAP.
      • Complete vendor and accounts payable reconciliations on a monthly basis;
      • Work closely with vendors and internal customers to ensure that any open items are resolved timely.
      • Maintain compliance with local statutory and US GAAP requirements, including assisting with internal and external audit requests;
      • Complete the aging analysis of outstanding internal and external suppliers.

      Your background:

      • Bachelor’s in Accounting or equivalent certification.
      • Relevant experience in an accounts payable role;
      • Knowledge of finance and accounting processes. Experience with VAT preferred.
      • Experience with ERP systems; previous experience with Oracle would be a plus.
