JOB SUMMARY:

As part of the Trace3xperience Program, the Governance, Risk, and Compliance Tracer (Intern) will support all aspects of the GRC team and market offerings. Activities will include learning to align information security with client business goals using a risk-based approach in the core areas of IT security, including Identity and Access Management, Data Security, Applications Security, Network Security and Engineering, Security Program Strategy, and Operations. You will also attend client and sales calls to shadow and learn about Trace3 consulting and delivery.

Tracers in this program will receive accelerated professional development, exposure to all technical functions of an IT consulting organization, world-class mentoring, and unique networking opportunities across the organization.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN AND DO:

  • You will learn:
    • About security consulting and how to approach the market
    • How the role of Governance, Risk, and Compliance is integrated within a security organization
    • How to implement industry security frameworks (e.g., NIST, CSF) and translate these into tailored, prescriptive control environments to guide security program investments in people, processes, and technology
    • How to develop security program strategies and recommendations
    • How to develop deliverables and presentations for an organization’s leadership
  • You will:
    • Attend discovery, strategy, or sales/scoping calls
    • Assist with the development of client deliverables (e.g., risk assessments, policy and procedures, or technology roadmaps)
    • Support the build or enhancements of GRC offerings
    • And more activities, as identified, defined, and prioritized by the GRC team

ELIGIBILITY AND PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Enrollment in the Junior or Senior year of an undergraduate program or in a masters program, at an accredited college or university
  • Candidates should be pursuing a field of study applicable to information technology, cybersecurity, or computer security with a focus or interest in assurance/governance / risk/compliance
  • Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 2.5 or better; People and Organizational Health may require a copy of the applicant’s transcript
  • Academic or professional/internship experience working in a professional setting is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and accepts direction on given assignments

About the Role:

The Service Delivery Manager (SDM) will be the cornerstone of ensuring customer and service success for Trace3’s Managed Service solutions. The SDM will provide invaluable technical guidance, support, and input to manage operational excellence, build strong, long-term relationships, and ensure overall service delivery for assigned engagements. This position will work closely with the technical teams, account teams and project managers to monitor all activity regarding key Managed Services clients and ensure quality communications and deliverables. As an SDM, this person will play a key part of our Managed Services practice growth, help implement best practices and new methodologies, and help our organization continually define what delivery excellence is within Trace3.

What You'll Do:

  • Responsible for supervising and ensuring optimal client satisfaction throughout the entire life cycle of the Managed Services engagement by providing the Trace3 “Total Customer Experience”.
  • Day-to-day management and point of contact for client escalation for Managed Services customer accounts.
  • Manage, coordinate, and regularly communicate with assigned accounts, including weekly status and ad-hoc meetings/calls, to set expectations and negotiate priorities appropriately.
  • Ensure transfer of knowledge of customer systems, processes, and requirements to the technical teams, to enable them to provide consistent high-quality service.
  • Escalate to management and account teams appropriately, bringing topics of interest and concern to their attention before the customer’s business is impacted.
  • Participate in relevant customer meetings, such as project meetings, change review meetings, service review meetings, and track resulting action items to completion.
  • Establish and own business meeting cadence to monitor service deliverables and improvement opportunities.
  • Deliver high-quality service reports to assigned clients while continuously tracking client specific KPIs.
  • Review and evaluate areas where Managed Services can reduce risk, improve efficiency, and save costs for our clients.
  • Lead and present customer environment health checks and by conducting regular service reviews with the account team to ensure overall IT robustness.
  • Identify gaps in service delivery, and work with the team to continuously improve to meet and exceed goals.
  • Identify new opportunities in your account base to increase Trace3’s overall value as a top solution partner.
  • Partner with internal teams to educate and improve the sales engagement methodology.
  • Participate in the creation and delivery of new Agreements and onboarding of new clients.

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred
  • A minimum of 10 years overall job experience in Information Technology with at least 5 years’ experience in Consulting/Professional Services

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re looking to add a Senior Data Integration Engineer with a strong background in data engineering and development.  You will work with a team of software and data engineers to build client-facing data-first solutions utilizing data technologies such as SQL Server and MongoDB. You will develop data pipelines to transform/wrangle/integrate the data into different data zones.

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold extensive knowledge of SQL, relational databases, ETL pipelines, and big data fundamentals.  You will also need to possess strong experience in the development and consumption of RESTful APIs.  The ideal candidate will also be a strong independent worker and learner.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop processes and data models for consuming large quantities of 3rd party vendor data via RESTful APIs.
  • Develop data processing pipelines to analyze, transform, and migrate data between applications and systems.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources and negotiate differences in storage schema using the ETL process.
  • Develop APIs for external consumption by partners and customers.
  • Develop and support our ETL environment by recommending improvements, monitoring, and deploying quality and validation processes to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve data integration pipelines.
  • Create technical solutions that solve business problems and are well engineered, operable, and maintainable.
  • Design and implement tools to detect data anomalies (observability). Ensure that data is accurate, complete, and high quality across all platforms.
  • Troubleshoot data issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues.
  • Assembles large and complex data sets; develops data models based on specifications using structured data sets.
  • Develops familiarity with emerging and complex automations and technologies that support business processes.
  • Develops scalable and re-usable frameworks for ingestion and transformation of large datasets.
  • Work within an Agile delivery / DevOps methodology to deliver product increments in iterative sprints.
  • Working with stakeholders including the Executive, Product, Data and Design teams to support their data infrastructure needs while assisting with data-related technical issues.
  • Develop data models and mappings and build new data assets required by users. Perform exploratory data analysis on existing products and datasets.
  • Identifying, designing, and implementing internal process improvements including re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, optimizing data delivery, and automating manual processes.
  • Engage in logical and physical design of databases, table creation, script creation, views, procedures, packages, and other database objects.
  • Create documentation for solutions and processes implemented or updated to ensure team members and stakeholders can correctly interpret it.
  • Design and implement processes and/or process improvements to help the development of technology solutions.

 

Your Skills and Experience (In Order of Importance):

  • 5+ years of relational database development experience; including SQL query generation and tuning, database design, and data concepts.
  • 5+ years of backend and Restful API development experience in NodeJS (experience with GraphQL a plus).
  • 5+ years of development experience with the following languages Python, Java, C#/ .NET.
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL and NoSQL databases; including MS SQL and MongoDB.
  • 5+ years consuming RESTful APIs with data ingestion and storage.
  • 5+ years developing RESTful APIs for use by customers and 3rd
  • 3+ years of professional work experience designing and implementing data pipelines in a cloud environment.
  • 3+ years of experience working within Azure cloud.

About the Role:

The Azure Sr. Cloud Engineer will be responsible for the successful implementation of Azure architectures and environments. The Azure Sr. Cloud Engineer will act as an expert and trusted advisor who provides guidance for transforming legacy implementations to the cloud. This role will work closely with clients, partners and other business units to ensure consulting engagements are successful. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Responsible for design, development, and hands-on implementation of Microsoft Azure cloud solutions
  • Serve as a Microsoft Azure technical resource in team’s efforts to determine the needs of our client’s businesses that will simplify and automate the applications as well as make them more efficient
  • Participate in planning, implementation, and growth of our customer's Azure foundational footprint
  • Work closely with other Trace3 architects and engineers to recommend and design infrastructure, database, or data storage solutions that effectively reflect our client’s business needs, security, and service level requirements
  • Work with application and infrastructure teams to conduct proof of concepts (POCs) and implement Production-ready designs in Microsoft Azure
  • Align solutions with standards and best practices working with cross-functional engineering and consulting teams
  • Perform risk analysis & create mitigation strategies for continuous evaluation and validation or system design and architecture
  • Ability to produce as-built documentation and materials
  • Ability to design, build, and execute automation frameworks for deployment of MS Azure Cloud Environments (based on ARM templates, Terraform, Powershell, others)
  • Support pre-sales activities when needed

JOB SUMMARY:

The Senior Director of PMO is responsible for leading the Project Management Office (PMO) and ensuring the successful delivery of customer projects across a wide range of technologies and offerings, including Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, Infrastructure, Cloud, Networking, Datacenter, Collaboration & Contact Center, and Systems Integration projects. This role requires expert leadership in PMO management, deep expertise in professional services, project financial oversight, forecasting, and a focus on both customer centricity and business alignment. The Senior Director must ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with both customer expectations and business objectives, while consistently maintaining the highest standards of service quality and client satisfaction, critical to professional services practices.

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

  • Build a scalable PMO structure that can handle increased project volume and various project sizes and complexity as the organization grows.
  • Develop, implement and manage backlog decomposition, revenue forecasting, and acceleration processes to optimize resource allocation, and drive revenue growth.
  • Oversee the portfolio of customer projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of project managers, program managers, and other PMO professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on customer success.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is a huge plus
  • Proven experience in building and leading PMO
  • Expert in revenue forecasting, and revenue acceleration processes
  • Proven experience in ensuring resources are allocated effectively across engagements
  • Experience with Project management tools and automation such as Smartsheet
  • Proven experience in a professional services organization at a technology integrator or services provider
  • Expert in project management methodologies – Agile, waterfall, & scrum
  • Experience leading, managing and inspiring a team of Project Managers of all levels
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of audiences in a diverse community
  • Ability to listen, build rapport, and credibility as a strategic partner both internally and externally
  • Highly skilled and experienced at negotiating conflict and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes
  • Comfortable managing multiple and changing priorities, and meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial environment

About the Role:

Our client is seeking an OSP Technical Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned projects adhere to the required standards of budget, timeline, materials, and scope. They must develop comprehensive project plans that meet technological needs and align with corporate goals. The Project Manager should have a thorough understanding of the project work, and coordinate team managers and technical personnel throughout all stages of the project. The Project Manager will also be expected to review and implement workflow and scoping improvements in support of continuous improvement and successful project execution.

About the Role:

The Partner Marketing Specialist is responsible for maintaining Manufacturer Relationships and will play a critical role in building a strategic go-to-market plan with partners in an efficient manner. This role will also apply the various touchpoints required to maintaining the health of strategic and high growth partnerships within the business. Under the general direction of the VP, Partner Marketing, the Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with the demand generation marketing team, business unit leaders, engineering and sales teams on a day-to-day basis in executing on all deliverables.

About the Role:

The Data Analyst is responsible for overseeing our data systems and reporting frameworks, guaranteeing the integrity and precision of data. The ideal candidate will transform raw data into structured information, which will then be analyzed to glean insights that drive strategic business decisions. This position encompasses a comprehensive analysis lifecycle, covering requirement gathering, activity execution, and design planning. The Data Analyst works directly with the Systems Intelligence team to develop ETLs to Extract, Transform, and Load data to be used in data visualizations and provide insights on current reporting methods. The incumbent will be responsible for taking the specifications created by architects/engineers and implementing them in code, utilizing known best practices. Please note, this is an hourly paid contract to hire role through Trace3.

What You’ll Do:

  • Convert raw data into meaningful analysis using interactive, easy-to-understand Power BI dashboards and reports.
  • Establish and maintain data dictionary documentation and reporting standards.
  • Developing Power BI solutions by working with effective teams from multiple disciplines, leveraging technology standards and software development best practices.
  • Establish cadence for intake, design, and creation of reporting requests. Collaborate with infrastructure team when resource adjustments are needed.

About the Role:

The Sr. Solutions Architect for Contact Center at Trace3 is a consultative role, focused on building relationships with clients through technology and solutions. The Sr. Solutions Architect provides the expertise to investigate and understand an existing environment, gather business requirements, and formulate technical and/or business solutions for achieving those requirements across a constantly evolving landscape of leading Contact Center technologies. This is a customer-facing role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to interpret and explain technical information to and from a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical.

  • Experience in Cisco datacenter and networking (preferred).
  • Knowledge of Cloud Contact Center (CCaaS) providers (E.g., Webex, Amazon, NICE, Genesys, RingCentral, Five9, etc.)
  • Maintain certification and certificate requirements as needed by Cisco.

The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for managing and prioritizing incoming requests, maintaining the backlog, analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and creating data-driven solutions to improve decision-making. The Business Systems Analyst will serve as a technical and functional data subject matter expert for the Reporting & Analytics team.

The Business Systems Analyst will hit the ground running focusing on capturing requirements through refinement sessions and building a backlog for our NetSuite data source migration initiative.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in reporting and analytics, proficiency in Power BI, and a solid understanding of data warehouse concepts.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze data from multiple sources, including table structures, field mapping, data scrubbing, and data continuity.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Design, implement, and optimize data warehouse solutions to support reporting and analytics needs.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity through robust validation processes.
  • Administer applications to ensure correct configuration and support for internal customer needs, proactively mitigating issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed requirements.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Create detailed documentation, including data models, process flows, and user guides.
  • Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and other IT team members to develop and implement data solutions.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Identify and implement best practices for reporting and data analysis.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
  • Implement basic integrations into the ERP system.
  • Independently analyze operational workflows and existing system functionalities to identify and implement necessary application changes.
  • Provide support for existing interfaces between applications, ensuring timely remediation of errors.

 

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst working with reporting and analytics, Power BI or Data Warehouse teams is required.
  • Minimum 3+ years' experience with SQL and database management.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience with data migration from non-native applications into a custom environment.
  • Solid experience writing requirements. i.e., epics, user stores and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience prioritizing and managing backlogs.
  • In-depth experience working with applications/tools to capture, manage and communicate business and technical requirements. I.e., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, etc.
  • Experience with ticketing systems. I.e., Remedy, ServiceNow, ConnectWise, etc.
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus. 
  • Experience with supporting CRM & ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visio, Project, and SharePoint
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment.
  • Manage multiple and changing priorities, meeting deadlines in an entrepreneurial setting.

About the Role:

The Business Systems Analyst will play a critical role in understanding and translating business needs into technical requirements with a focus on our Trace3 ServiceNow instance and ServiceNow integrations for our customers and other IT related products and services.

This role requires a deep understanding of IT service management (ITSM) processes, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and our customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Managed Services or with a Value-Added Reseller (VAR). ServiceNow implementation, configuration and administration. Also, should have additional expertise in IT product and services, such as monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and automation platforms. 

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for ServiceNow and other IT related products we use internally or for our customers.
  • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to understand business needs and workflows.
  • Analyze current business processes and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop process maps and documentation to support business process reengineering efforts.
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Work with IT teams to design solutions that meet business needs, leveraging ServiceNow and other relevant products.
  • Create detailed documentation, including use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a focus on ITSM and Managed Services.

  • 3+ years’ experience with other IT products used in Managed Services, such as monitoring tools, ticketing systems, and automation platforms.
  • 5+ years’ creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications, process maps, and user stories.
  • 3+ years working in Agile, Scrum, Scrumban or Kanban.

  • Familiarity with scripting languages and ServiceNow development.

About the Role:

The Senior Data Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing data pipelines and data tables. About the Role:

The AI Solutions Architect will play a key role in delivering premier AI solutions to clients, ensuring their smooth deployment, ongoing monitoring, and effective maintenance. Reporting to the Director of AI Architecture, this role involves active participation in client delivery and providing support for presales activities as needed. About the Role:

The Sr. Consultant of AI Solutioning will be instrumental in delivering exceptional AI solutions to clients. Reporting to the Director of AI Solutioning, this role involves active participation in client delivery and support for presales activities. Leveraging deep expertise in AI solution design, development, and deployment, the Sr. Consultant will serve as a subject matter expert and thought leader in the AI solutioning domain. In collaboration with the Director of AI Solutioning and other capability leads, responsibilities include developing and refining methodologies and frameworks, contributing to business development and proposal activities, and ensuring high-quality delivery across multiple clients. About the Role:

The Director of AI Architecture and Operations will be an integral member of the AI Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing the Trace3’s AI product strategy. This role will serve as one of Trace3’s AI Thought Leaders and be responsible for providing technical expertise and consultative guidance in AI Architecture and Operations solutions to our clients. Key responsibilities strategizing, implementing, and overseeing Trace3’s AI platform and services solutions, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance to meet client needs and drive market growth. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business development, consultative approach and strong interpersonal skills to successfully navigate the complex, rapidly changing landscape of AI solutions and drive value for Trace3 and our clients.

What You’ll Do:

I.  AI Capabilities Development

  • Develop and maintain annual capabilities roadmap and resource plan
  • Develop and apply structured methodologies to assist clients in the evaluating, acquiring, and implementing GenAI architectures (e.g., Common RAG System Architectures (Naïve, Advanced, Modular) and technologies (LLMs, Vector Stores, Knowledge Graphs)
  • Develop comprehensive AI operations strategies, including defining ML/Ops capabilities and operating models to manage AI solutions effectively.
  • Develop and maintain AI Architecture and Operations product and service portfolio, aligning with market demands and company strategy

II.  Teamwork

  • Collaborate with vendors to curate and integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into the company's offerings
  • Collaborate with executives to align AI initiatives with overall business objectives

Qualifications & Interests:

  • Master's degree/Ph.D. preferred, focus on AI, Machine Learning, or Business Administration
  • 10+ years’ architecture experience including data science, computer science, AI architecture, advance analytics, consulting, and AI product management
  • 5+ years’ experience in IT architecture and operations, with a strong track record of successful client engagements
  • 5+ years’ product management experience in AI, Advanced Analytics, or digital transformation
  • Experience in a consulting or solutions-oriented environment

About the Role:

The Director of AI Solutioning will be an integral member of the AI Leadership Team, responsible for shaping and executing Trace3’s AI product strategy. This role will focus on defining and delivering innovative AI service offerings, while also providing strategic direction and technical expertise in AI solutions design and implementation. About the Role:

Reporting to the Client Services Center Manager, the Technical Contract Analyst will assist the sales, engineering, and services operations organizations by providing professional writing, editing, reviewing, and validating services agreements, statements of work, and other internal team projects as needed. Responsible for providing creative and technical writing support to develop and structure complex professional services into standard legal contracts.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Research, write, revise, and proofread new or existing proposals, Master Service Agreement (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), and technical documentation.
  • Partner with internal sales team, engineering team and/or clients to understand the technical elements and objective(s) of the services solution and incorporate the necessary requirements into a legal services contract.
  • Liaise with Trace3 Legal for necessary approvals, validate new contract language, and/or assess risk.
  • Compare and analyze multiple services agreements and contracts to identify and redline conflicting legal terms, billing terms, broad or undefined scope, including alignment of Client MSA and subcontractor MSA/subcontractor SOW when applicable.
  • Actively update status of assigned services requests in CRM to reflect current stage of SOW development.
  • Ensure all materials meet internal and external business and legal standards, and follow appropriate corporate standards, guidelines, and approval processes.
  • Collaborate with engineering practice directors to create specialized SOW/PSA templates for Trace3 service offerings requiring little to no customization of scope.
  • Provide regular and proactive communication throughout SOW development and escalate with appropriate stakeholders to deliver within established service level agreements (SLA), and/or Client requested deadline.
  • Follow established process documentation, formatting guidelines and applicable instructions by utilizing relevant document templates custom to a client, service offering, and/or contract type.
  • Maintain standardized language and documentation practices that allow for consistent development and execution of services agreements.
  • Lead creative and productive collaboration while applying best judgement to ensure both Trace3 standards and client requirements are balanced.
  • Edit documents to verify accuracy, consistency, grammar, and format.

About the Role:

Under the general direction of the Accounts Receivable Supervisor, the Accounts Receivable Billing Specialist (ARBS) will focus on reviewing and invoicing orders, while maintaining strong working relationships with internal partners. The ARBS will work closely with the Company’s sales team and should always be looking for solutions and to improve processes. This position will require an agile mindset and possesses a keen eye for detail.

What You’ll Do:

  • Review and analyze sales orders to be invoiced.
  • Code, document & follow up on sales orders that can’t be invoiced.
  • Invoice generation in Company’s ERP and invoice submission.
  • Upload to customer portals (Ariba, Coupa, Taulia, etc)
  • Partner with AR Collectors to resolve invoicing disputes / errors.
  • Identify and communicate escalations to mitigate risk.
  • Provide weekly updates on your billing dashboard.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.

 

Qualifications & Interests:

  • High school diploma required.
  • College degree in Accounting, Finance preferred or equivalent level of experience.
  • A minimum of three years’ experience in Accounts Receivable/Billing/Collections.
  • Passion for process improvement.
  • Basic understanding GAAP and general accounting.
  • Basic knowledge of O2C (Order to Cash) cycle.
  • Strong customer focus experience with a result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and plan extensively to meet goals / KPI’s.
  • Must demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects and heavy work volume within time constraints.
  • Ability to maintain duties with accuracy, consistency, and quality in a fast paced and agile environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Possess strong business acumen and passion for solutions.

About the Role:

The Lifecycle Services Representative (LSR) will be responsible for managing customer support renewal opportunities within assigned accounts. The LSR will consult with account teams and provide strategic renewals pricing to grow revenue within region. In addition, the LSR will participate in the sales process as an extension of the Account Executives by building relationships with the Clients, Manufacturers, and Distributors. This position will also be responsible for managing the IT Support Infrastructure and any Support needs after every Renewal sale.

What You’ll Do:

 

  • Own and execute on assigned renewal opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with customer and internal teams to establish timelines, action items, responsibilities and associated due dates of renewal activities in a manner that results in an on-time renewal.'
  • Work with sales to identify and present upsell opportunities within existing client base.
  • Position multi-year deals & co term with other license opportunities as to increase size of deals.
  • Engage distribution line and/or vendor 6-12 months advance of expiration.
  • Address and resolve install base inaccuracies to ensure customer, OEM and Trace3 Install base data are aligned and accurate.
  • Collaborate with customer and sales team to capture all items available to renew in the renewal scope.  Identify and communicate risk. Work to close gaps in coverage.
  • Take actions to reduce complexity e.g., minimize # of contracts.
  • Participate and contribute to customer Quarterly Business Reviews as required.
  • Maintain accurate NetSuite data for opportunities/forecasts, client information.
  • Provide client with accurate renewal quote that is in alignment with established timelines.
  • Provide financing options & related information when appropriate.
  • Process client transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns timely and accurately.
  • Setup and maintain client notes, credit limits and contacts. Facilitate post-renewal system (LAMP) updates with Data Team
  • Champion best practices and contribute to policies and procedures
  • Maintain and expand working knowledge of current partner renewal offerings and varying service/support levels.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by manager.

 

Qualifications & Interests:

 

  • High school diploma required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of maintenance renewal sales experience preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills and able to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Must be a good collaborator, communicator and facilitator with customers and internal cross functional teams.
  • Ability to establish and execute against deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Emphasis on ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills regarding client quotes, reports, manufacturer data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM platforms.  Must be competent in Excel.
  • Must have Cisco Renewal experience.
  • Good understanding on Information Technologies is a plus.
