✨The core mission of the Content Engineer:

Some of the main tasks in the Content Engineer role will be the assistance with testing, development, review and ongoing maintenance of our Labs offerings. You will start from delivering easy machines and then taking on more complex projects. Depending on your particular interests, you will have the opportunity to get involved in different domains, like cloud technologies, various programming languages, AI, Machine Learning etc. One of the main goals is the delivery of high quality cloud labs, exclusive machines, accompanied with good feedback from customers/users.

This is a role that gives you the opportunity to get involved in challenging and exciting tasks, while learning, researching and enhancing your creativity. You will also leave your footprint in the HTB ecosystem. 

???? The fellowship you’ll be joining:

You will contribute to our growing Content Team and work in a highly collaborative environment. Reporting directly to the Content Tech Lead, you will be an integral member of a 5-person team tasked with developing high-quality content to engage our community effectively. Additionally, your responsibilities will extend to providing support to other content teams, ensuring the timely delivery and quality review of content.

  • Develop exclusive machines focused on various new ongoing technologies and CVEs
  • Develop Cloud labs and contribute in other cloud related projects
  • Conduct multiple tests and maintain machines, labs, and challenges

  • Work closely with the greater Content Development team, Infrastructure team, and other stakeholders on a daily basis to tackle simple and moderate tasks

  • Automate recurring tasks to keep up with the assignments

????Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of Content Engineer at Hack The Box:

  • Experience in Cloud technologies (Azure / AWS / GCP)
  • Strong grasp of at least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
  • Linux and Windows Administration experience will be a bonus point
  • Good knowledge in Web application and/or Network penetration testing
  • Highly organized, motivated, with a passion for information security
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks, working both independently and remotely
  • An understanding of process documentation
  • Good command of English language (verbal & written)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in HTB platform/previous content development in HTB will be considered a plus
  • HTB Certifications (CBBH, CPTS,CDSA, CWEE) will be a bonus point !

The new joiner will lead the transition of Hack The Box to microservices architecture. You will be responsible for implementing and safeguarding best practices around microservices architecture. The role will include coaching and mentoring the other team members in the architecture logic.

The HTB Federal client base is growing fast and at the same time, due to our great product, we are able to achieve high retention. To support our Revenue organization, we'll be bringing on the team a Senior Renewals Specialist for the US Federal business. This role is responsible for renewing, up-selling, and optimizing license subscription contracts for the US federal government. Your core mission is to ensure seamless contract continuation by negotiating favorable terms that align with government regulations, mission needs, and company goals. It also involves building key relationships with budget holders, contracting departments/officers, and resellers, as well as becoming a trusted advisor for all of their contract requests.

As part of your role, you will be responsible for delivering our renewal process for a set of accounts assigned to you. You will need to identify HTB platform usage trends and other important information collected throughout HTB interactions with the customer, which ultimately will enable you to generate a meaningful and beneficial for the customer proposal upon the renewal of their HTB annual subscription.

Reporting to the global Renewals Manager, you will be part of the Customer department and, more specifically, the Renewals team.   • Taking care of all administrative duties relating to renewals including: researching customer contracts and purchasing history to generate a timely renewal proposal, guiding the customer through the renewal cycle, tracking the Purchase Order, tracking the payment
  • Building effective relationships with commercial contacts (budget holders, contracting departments/officers) within our Federal client base, as well as distributors and resellers
  • Understanding and following the sales process for different departments within the USG as it pertains to budget allocation, preferred contract vehicles, and potential pitfalls in those processes.
  • Engaging directly with customers to propose the value proposition of HTB’s products & solutions, support business requirements, and overcome objections to ensure the success of upcoming renewals
  • Collaborating with different internal stakeholders (Customer Success, Sales, Business Operations, Legal, Finance, etc)
  • Forecasting and tracking account-based metrics, e.g. probability of renewal deal to close, on-time renewal
  • Regularly updating and utilizing internal systems (Hubspot and ChurnZero) to accurately manage client renewal information, status, and reports

  • Ability to work within a global company

  • 5+ years experience with contract renewal/account management

HTB’s Analytics team is looking for a Senior Analytics Engineer, who will enable data analysts and various stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.

As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will be able to get creative & build stuff from scratch. You will participate in end-to-end projects, from gathering the business requirements by having deep business conversations, to creating the final solution. Work on one of our HTB platforms, HTB Business, responsible for upskilling organizations across the globe. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on the enhancement of the platform and the development of new features. 

We are open to candidates with diverse back end programming backgrounds, as long as you have experience in an MVC framework, passion and aspiration to work with PHP programming language and the Laravel Framework.

As a Back end developer you will work closely with developers, QA and Product Managers to create an amazing experience for HTB customers. You will be an integral part of HTB development team aspiring to build the world's largest hacker community. Work on one of our HTB platforms, Talent Search, responsible for connecting HTB users with companies.   • Contribute in analysis and estimation of Stories / Tasks

????Skills, knowledge, and experience points required to unlock the role of Sr. Frontend Engineer at Hack The Box:

  • Working experience as a Front-end developer, using one of the main frameworks (Vue, React, Angular)
  • Previous experience in Nuxt.js
  • Good knowledge and understanding of HTML5, CSS3
  • Familiarity with a modern front-end building tool such as Webpack or Vite
  • Experience with state management libraries like Vuex, Pinia, Redux
  • Working experience with FE apps using Server Side Rendering (SSR)
  • Experience with secure coding principles and Front end unit testing such as Jest or Vitest
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  • An ability to perform well in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent analytical and multitasking skills
  • Experience with DevOps practices and containerization technologies will be considered a plus
