About this team and role:

In this role, you will sit at the cross section of Media Activations, Product Marketing, Web and Data Science, collaborating with these teams to define business impact, build capabilities and analyze data that helps shape future business growth. What you'll do:

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in marketing analytics at a media agency or client side/industry.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools (e.g., Python, R, Tableau, Looker).
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; translate data and insights into actions and recommendations, communicating in a concise, honest, and understandable way.
• Deep knowledge of the advertising landscape and ability to translate that knowledge for Mozilla’s unique business needs.

As the Senior Director of Product for Firefox Growth, you will be responsible for the growth strategy for all of Firefox, leading a team of dedicated managers and product managers and working on a product that is used by millions worldwide! About this team and role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead our Trust & Safety (T&S) efforts and oversee a central privacy programs cross-functional (XFN) team. In this role, you will manage a small team (all remote), focusing on ensuring integrity and compliance across our platform. You will also drive collaboration across teams, and lead with influence to manage and optimize our privacy programs, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal privacy standards.

About this team and role:

Anonym is a division of Mozilla Corporation focused on developing and commercializing privacy preserving technologies for the advertising ecosystem.  The team is composed of seasoned software engineers, ML engineers  and researchers. We are nimble, fast moving and growing quickly.

• Help improve the infrastructure for ingesting, storing and transforming data at a scale of tens of terabytes per day
• Help design and build systems to monitor and analyze data from Mozilla’s products
• Establish best practices for governing data containing sensitive information, ensuring compliance and security

What you’ll bring: 

• At a minimum 3 years of professional experience in data engineering
• Proficiency with the programming languages used by our teams (SQL and Python)
• Demonstrated experience designing data models used to represent specific business activities to power analysis
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: modularity, abstraction, data structures, and algorithms
• Ability to work collaboratively with a distributed team, leveraging strong communication skills to ensure alignment and effective teamwork across different time zones

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and implementing effective training programs in a scaling tech company. • Needs Assessment:  Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skills gaps and develop tailored training solutions in partnership with People Partners

About this team and role:

Be part of a collaborative team focused on making the browser smarter and enhancing user productivity. As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll work with talented cross functional teams to drive initiatives like search enhancements, sidebar improvements, AI/ML integrations, and review checker functionality. Together, you’ll create innovative solutions that elevate core browsing experiences, including genAI capabilities that make workflows more efficient while prioritizing user privacy and agency. What you’ll do: 

• Be self-motivated, capable of organizing your time well and working independently. 
• Collaborate with cross functional teams across the company to ensure timeline delivery of the work (Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Marketing, Legal, Policy, Business Development, Data, Support, Release Management and others).
• Work both high level helping to structure the program and deeply embedded with teams to break down and track work. 
• Adapt and evolve to the needs of different teams through the project or program lifecycle bringing in the right level of process to get things done.

What you’ll bring: 

• 8+ years working in a Technical Program Management role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Track record of leading programs and projects to completion without a well defined software development process.  
• Demonstrable experience exercising technical expertise to help teams simplify problems into executable and measurable outcomes.
• Experience formulating detailed plans for technical programs and projects. 
• Experience working with a geographically distributed team.
