'•Responsible for the market development for Fujian area. Set the regional market development strategy. Achieving growth and hitting sales target(AOP) by successfully managing the sales team ,designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
• Develop strategic partnership with customers through driving and collaborating with internal teams to execute Customer Action Plan, sell to the full market potential.Serve as the main contact window for assigned customers and resolve any potential issues on a daily basis •Forecast and track key account metrics and prepare account status report accordingly. Clearly communicated the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal dept.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop solution to meet customer’s requirement and drive for execution • Managing the China RBO sales teams in the region, including recruiting, target setting, performance management, coaching and developing of sales representatives
• Communicate and coordinate with factory sales team and other functions to ensure alignment of the account strategy at all levels and service delivery.
'• At least 6 years of solid sales experience in the local garment brand industry, with at least 2 years supervisory experience
• Experience in product development/merchandising/sourcing of apparel for large global or Chinese brand
• Knowledge of trims, labels and packaging within the apparel supply chain
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, independent, energetic and aggressive characters
• Familiar with MS Office application
• Excellent written and spoken English
