Job Description
- Learn theoretical knowledge and gain the practical experience needed for further growth as a Researcher
- Engage in self-study through lectures and recommended materials
- Practice in real cases applying new skills
- Collaborate with mentors during the practical part of the trainee program
Qualifications
- Good theoretical knowledge and 3-6 months experience as a Recruitment Sourcer
- A passion for the IT industry and a keen interest in talent acquisition
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of verbal and written English and a higher
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks efficiently
- Analytical mindset
- Currently pursuing or recently completed any degree (no experience required)
- Ability to work in a remote and collaborative setting
