ITサービスにおけるビジネスパートナーとして、社内エンドユーザーに対し戦略的なITサービスの提案、費用の見積り、管理を行う。
部門内の財務管理全般を遂行し、業務の効率化・自動化を推進する。
将来的に、ITビジネスパートナーとして社内エンドユーザーへ向けたデジタルテクノロジーの導入・運用に関わるコンサルタントとして活躍することが期待されている。
To negotiating / reporting IT services to internal end user departments as IT controller.
To be a business partner of IT by promoting strategic IT services with adequate cost management.
General finance management within IT department. Promoting automation, continuous development.
In the future, you are expected to act as strategic IT business partner. You will have an active role as a consultant for internal end user departments to introducte digital technology.
経営層あるいは顧客向け企画書・報告書の作成能力およびプレゼンテーション能力
Microsoft製品、エクセル・Power BI・パワーポイント等の実運用スキル
コスト管理を伴うITプロジェクトマネジメントあるいはITに関する予算管理経験
変化に柔軟に対応でき、海外のIT部門と連携しながら主体的に業務・課題に取り組んでいける方
ネイティブレベルの日本語能力
ビジネスレベルの英語能力
*TOEIC 700 以上。海外のカウンターパート（主にドイツ、中国）とのやり取りが日常的に発生します。

Ability to compose a logical documents. Presentation skill to High level managements / Internal end user departments.
Power user for Microsoft products such as Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, etc.
Experience of IT project management with cost control, Or experience of IT budget management
Having a flexibly and chanege, person to proactively work on tasks and issues while cooperating with overseas IT departments.
Native level Japanese language skill
Business level English skill
*TOEIC score above 700. Communication with overseas counterparts (mainly Germany and China) is required on a daily basis.
