Primary Responsibilities:
• Monitor and respond to technical assistance inbox and phone requests.
• Coordinate and facilitate events using Zoom and Teams.
• Write, review, and edit a variety of informational products, written materials and website and online resources.
• Assist with data collection, entry, analysis, and reporting efforts.
• Help maintain quality control measures across the project to ensure client deliverables are of high quality.
• Be proficient and professional representing the TA Center and its various endeavors at off-site events, meetings, and via phone, email, and online meetings.
• Proficient in taking detailed notes during meetings, webinars, and grantee interview.
• Update and manage Client Deliverable calendar.
• Update CLSD listserv and manage mass emails.
• Assist with social media post development.
• Assist CLSD Team with support tasks.
• Attend IT SCRUM daily meetings as liaison for CLSD team and oversee submission and fulfillment CLSD IT requests.
• Working knowledge of Project Management Platforms such as Monday.com or Workday
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Advanced skill set with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and web-based databases.
• Extensive experience using SharePoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-starter with strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Excels at working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
• Able to work under pressure, managing several complex assignments with multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including proofreading or copyediting experience.
• Understands online data collection forms.
• Special expertise in the fields of education, social media marketing, evaluation, research is a plus.
• Bachelor’s in education or social science related field.
