Security & Risk Manager (REF2711M)
The Process, Risk & Audit team of the X-IT Steering & Acceleration service hub bundles the tasks of DT IT GmbH concerning the topics of processes, audits, certifications, risk managements and other regulations. In addition, we support the corporate representatives of Deutsche Telekom IT GmbH (DTIT) for compliance and for LKSG (Supply Chain Due Diligence Act) in the performance of their duties.
We are a small, dynamic team and are broadly involved in all these topics:
Our basic mandate is to ensure the implementation and performance of the abovementioned corporate tasks in the units of DT IT (à Governance & Assurance).
We offer business managers methodological assistance and advice in perceiving the abovementioned topics (à Guidance & Support).
In addition, we offer our management the required transparency and overview on these topics (à Reporting & Communication).
Here we are deeply involved in what is happening at DTIT:
We initiate, link, organize, moderate and accompany coordination and problem rounds on processes at all levels and between them (experts, management, IT LT) and constantly experience interesting and often exciting situations here.
We have an overview of overarching relationships (strengths/weaknesses, coherent input/output relationships), bring topics into context and promote professionalism in process management (maturity level).
Finally, our team also provides binding documentation (in ARIS, but only for the 1st level) and release of the processes.
Our challenge is the ongoing orchestration of the diversity of stakeholders and processes.
In a dynamic environment with agile and classic working environments, the tasks and working methods are both demanding and different from those in classic process management:
Only as much "specification" as really necessary and helpful.
Integration of different ways of thinking and methods (e.g. SAFe, DevOps, ITIL).

We are looking for your help in the area of Risk management:
- Make risk interviews
- Review and adapt / change the current risk process
- Build a tool based solution for risk management interviews (tools für risk documentation are already in place, we are just talking about the risk registration and values) = “Risk Bot”
- Risk Bot shall interactively ask for risks, help to make some basic risk values (likelihood, monetary impact, etc.), show the old risks and ask if they are solved or if support is required

Therefore you should also be experienced in Risk Management, Processes Management and Development. You should be able to develop, built, run and maintain the RiskBot! Programming skills or even AI skills could be very helpful.
