Position Summary
A Consultant will administer, support, and troubleshoot Sales Performance Management systems and other related software solutions to meet the client’s business and technical requirements. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with our client base with the potential to work on multiple projects per year.
Responsibilities in this role include supporting and troubleshooting solutions for customers in a live production environment. Additionally, you may also work within the software implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering, design, build, testing and go-live. Consultants will work with senior team members in order to learn and develop the skills necessary to perform investigations, root cause analysis, and defect resolution for our array of various clientele.

Job Objectives
The ideal candidate will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of the production support lifecycle
- Navigate software and customer specific models
- Adapt communication appropriately with client, leader, and project team
- Troubleshoot system issues
- Estimate effort hours
- Provide root cause analysis and recommended solutions
- Provides Operational Support
- Utilize administrative functions of technical tool(s) to support customer processes
- Document processes in support of SOW
- Contribute to requirements / design documentation with oversight
- Produce unit test cases and results
- Expand knowledge by working closely with colleague / team members
- Working with the team of Production Support, attending production calls
- Working experience in L2 support/ incident management
- Involved in client calls on weekly Support summary, SLA target with achieved and breached SLA’s, corrective action taken for non-compliance, risk issues etc., with guidance from your senior
- Coordinate with onsite application team for supporting inbound and outbound interfaces to make sure that there are no issues with the input feeds.
- Flexible to work on support shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher / equivalent work experience
- Proficient in SQL and RDBMS concepts
- Advanced MS Excel/Spreadsheet software user
- Prior Consulting or Support Experience
- Ability to communicate at a high professional level that includes writing, listening and speaking
