Job Description
- Customer order management
- Customer claim management
- First contact window of customer inquiries (Backlog, Sales price, Delivery, Product availability)
- Support sales active selling (Quotation, reporting)
- Support internal/external auditing (reference documentation)
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), develop measures and track to ensure a positive impact to customer supply chain & satisfaction.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting bringing transparency to the business.
- Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) process improvement consistently and enable this standard way, to be automated, if anything feasible.
Qualifications
- 2-3 years in logistics or trade sales environment.
- Good English both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact & collaborate with internal/external customers for problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP knowledge (preferred)
- Data analytic skill - Able to identify the root cause, based on daily transaction/movement/problem area and follow up the preventive action with relevant team proactively.
