Job Description
JDE USA is seeking to expand their team with an Amazon Marketplace Specialist role. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation and analysis of the Amazon business and will work closely with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience. This individual should be a proven analyst with experience in Ecommerce. This self-motivated individual will be driven to understand the business and find new opportunities in the channel for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations including product content, inventory availability, pricing and promotional activities in order to optimize conversion and revenue.
- Monitor Merchant Fulfilled orders for potential problems between Amazon’s system and our internal operations system. Ensure timely fulfillment of these orders by our third-party warehouse.
- Ensure proper inventory levels. Work with Operations to coordinate PO’s and shipments to Amazon by analyzing and projecting demand.
- Gather daily sales, inventory, advertising, and pricing reports for all Amazon countries/brands.
- Perform site audits to maintain consistent Buy Box, content, and imagery across all items.
- Coordinate new product setup including production of copy, imagery, keywords, attributes, and other product data.
- Coordinate with Customer Experience team to provide best in class experience and maintain and improve on 98%+ seller rating.
- Provide supporting data to Product Development and Marketing departments to assist in delivering new products for brand appropriate opportunities on Amazon.
- Remediate listing, trademark, and other seller issues to maintain the integrity of Tea Forte on Amazon.
- Handle the content flow of items during scheduled item launch cycles.
- Collaborate with Product Management team on feedback needed to analyze the success of new product launches and line expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven analyst with solid understanding of what drives an online business.
- 3-5 years’ experience in Amazon 3rd party (Seller Central) and direct to consumer in a brand setting.
- Curiosity for how things work- to test, improve results and apply learnings where possible.
- Excellent data analysis skills and business acumen to turn analysis into insights and recommendations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau desired.
- Professional maturity to bring issues and solutions to management.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
