Job Description
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for digital marketing strategy and execution. This includes developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, overseeing the website, blogging, social media, email marketing, and advertising to drive traffic and revenue. The Digital Marketing Manager will also work with the marketing team to research, analyze and optimize conversion rates across all digital channels.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a digital marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing
- Manage website content including blogs
- Manage social media engagement
- Write compelling blog posts
- Oversee email campaigns
- Monitor ROI of all digital channels; analyze data for optimization opportunities
- Track progress against monthly objectives for all key metrics (page views, leads generated, conversions)
- Analyze data and provide insights to stakeholders on a regular basis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications
- Preferable 1-2 years full-time marketing experience; marketing or advertising experience is a major plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Skilled in using a variety of software programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
