The ESource Fractional Leader Leader will be an "as needed" executive level learning and development consultant for L&D strategies and blue prints, special projects, aligning learning with the corporate goals, needs assessments, budgeting, use of new learning technologies and AI, vendor selection, metrics and analyses, organizational structure, etc. The ESource FLL will become certified in our process known as FARE and will work with our clients on a temporary basis.
Minimum of 10 years of learning and development experience
5 or more years of executive level management in L&D (director and above)
up to 40 hours per week availability
High level consulting experience preferably with the C Suite of an organization
P&L responsibility
