Job Responsibilities:
Own, lead and manage all ongoing implementation(s) and POCs from concept through implementation & release.
Understand technical aspects of the product and demo to potential customers.
Partner closely with other cross-functional team members to translate business needs and product requirements into new solutions for customers.
Develop Customer Success assets and methods, and work with the Key Account Managers from Sales to create new or refine existing onboarding materials.
Lead mining and client relationship geographically dispersed to deliver technology projects on time
Maintain end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence
Must Have;
10+ years of technology project management experience, with preference for candidates that have worked in customer-facing roles (consulting, implementation, account management, etc.).
Ability to create project plans, communication plans, SOWs, and all standard project documentation.
Maintain high levels of customer engagement with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Any software development experience would be a plus.
Programming / Scripting experience in Python or Java, one of the languages is preferable
Candidates with onsite implementation experience preferred
Other key competencies will include MS Projects, Project planning, Risk Management, Negotiation & Decision making, Team work, Planning & Conflict Management, Adaptability and Communication skills.
Extremely strong communication and presentation skills.
PMP or similar certifications are advantageous.
