Job Description
The mission of the Inside Sales Representative is to generate new business for NAS Recruitment. In this inside sales role, your outreach skills and tenacious nature can translate into a lucrative career with uncapped earnings limited only by your drive and determination. You will engage in extensive outreach activity (inbound and outbound), working with marketing and field sales to set more appointments.
Your duties will include engaging with clients at an enterprise level, demonstrating and exhibiting products, and delivering creative solutions. This is the ideal role for someone who is driven by their own success, goal oriented, and resilient.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Including, but not limited to the following:
- Deliver sales leads that help our business to continually thrive
- Respond to hot and warm leads generated by marketing on time to make attempts to set appointments
- Develop leads on your own as needed
- Share prospect information with business development executives as appropriate and work with them to make the initial appointment a better meeting
- Be knowledgeable about our innovative products and service, including our proprietary ACTIVATE TM candidate attraction platform, and provide appropriate information to leads and prospects
- Enable our clients to connect with talent that drives their success
- Proactively offer ideas to improve the team and the company
- Be held accountable and take ownership your role
- Build lasting relationships underscored by respect and integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
- 1 + years of recent lead generation and sales support experience in a corporate professional environment preferred.
- A passion for recruitment marketing
