Tactical Core Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits, policies, programs, and any other general inquiries
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating with multiple teams to ensure a smooth transition for joiners and leavers
- Manage key HR processes, including employee lifecycle changes, employee engagement surveys, performance management, communication, and organizational reviews
- Uphold data integrity and compliance with laws and regulations related to employment, benefits, insurance, and safety
- Ensure optimal performance of HR systems, human capital management (HCM), and timekeeping
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in employment law, human resources, and talent management
- Oversee visa and immigration services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations for employees requiring work visas or immigration support
Desired Qualifications:
- Demonstrated people operations and leadership experience with a track record of success
- At least three years of human resource management experience
- Prior experience in technology, hyper-growth start-up environments
- Proven understanding and knowledge in employment law and immigration processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
+1 Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Namely, Isloved, Lattice, Confluence, and other common HR tools
- Prior experience in a remote first, global workforce
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
