Job Description
As a Product Services Manager you will manage a team of system analysts that act as a bridge between customer support and R&D.
On the top of that you will:
- Overseeing all activities within the team.
- Decision making on tasks and develop the plan to accomplish them.
- Monitoring all tasks and documentation assigned to employees.
- Determining the goals that team members will work toward.
- Deciding on the prioritization of software maintenance to be delivered by R&D developers
- Managing the team operation and admin
- Closely cooperate with Customer Support, Software Engineering teams, Product Management, Escalation Management, and other departments globally to improve product service delivery
- Participating in several parallel IT software projects
- Own, improving and automating processes within IT Service Management systems (ServiceNow, Azure DevOps)
- Using Problem Management as defined within ITIL
- Hotfixing approval
- Functional responsibility for the U4ERP and ERPx software modules in corrective maintenance - Coordinate escalations and approve hotfix deliveries in corrective maintenance
- Providing input and advise in project management and global leadership team forums
- Communicating directly with senior leadership
- Representing Unit4 Product Services and Engineering in customer calls.
Qualifications
- You have overall experience in ERP Products
- You have some experience in people management
- You like to interact with your employees and can make them enthusiastic
- You have good communication and project management skills
- You have clear independent judgement
- Your Local language and English is fluent
- additional languages is a plus
