Responsibilities:
Owning Sales Process and Best Practices: Develop and refine sales methodologies, ensure adherence to these processes across the sales team, and continuously seek improvements. Provide training and support to the sales team to ensure compliance with best practices from the leaders in the industry. Specifically, B2B and software-selling best practices.
Owning Pipeline Health: Monitor and analyze the sales pipeline to ensure a predictable flow of opportunities. Identify and address bottlenecks, implement process that improve managing the funnel, and ensure accurate sales forecasting.
