Job Description
As an Account Executive, you will play a significant role in helping our organization secure new clientele throughout the sales process. You will have to develop and maintain a relationship of trust with customers and successfully negotiate agreements for the deployment of Plexia in clinics.
Plexia EMR, a subsidiary of MEDFAR Clinical Solutions, is expanding quickly and we would like to offer you the opportunity to thrive in the Sales Team and work with our Western Canada flagship product: PLEXIA. Within BC, the PLEXIA solution resonates deeply with the specialist & surgeon community while being a dominant force in family practice for the territory of Yukon.
Main Responsibilities
- Properly manage inbound leads.
- Consistently familiarize oneself with the industry’s needs and changes.
- Present and adjust B2B contractual agreements.
- Identify how PLEXIA can be customized to help the potential client.
- Coordinate and participate in product demonstrations to potential users.
- Ensure optimal customer experience by collaborating with the onboarding, support, development and accounting departments.
Qualifications
Contribute to our team with your strengths:
- Post-secondary training in business administration, communications, or other related fields.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales.
- Familiarity and knowledge about the BC healthcare system.
- Ability to connect with prospective clients.
- Great communication skills.
- Ability to exercise tact, discretion, and confidentiality.
Assets:
- Medical office assistant (MOA) experience, and or understanding of medical clinical processes.
- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Customer service and Marketing experience.
