As Account Manager Austria/Switzerland, you will become part of a newly-developed team, driving upsell revenue & customer lifetime value with existing customers. As a Personio expert, you follow a solution-oriented, customer-centric sales approach, guiding your customers and actively driving the decision – all with a high focus on our products' values. Role Responsibilities: What you'll do
You are responsible for your own portfolio of our largest customers, managing risks, renewing contracts and driving product adoption, thereby ensuring your customers’ long-term success with Personio.
Expanding our customer revenue by identifying & approaching existing customers with upselling potential in order to build a healthy sales pipeline.
Independently conducting product demos and continuously building business relationships.
Analyzing the behaviour and needs of customers (e.g. Health Score, NPS) and suggesting specific actions to ensure your customers are making full use of our product suite.
Scaling up and constantly improving our work to increase the quality and efficiency of our upsell & renewal processes.
Role Requirements: What you need to succeed
3+ years of experience in sales/account management (ideally in a tech or SaaS environment) with the demonstrated ability to overachieve against targets.
You’re able to work with different internal and external stakeholders of various seniority, and can clearly position the value of your work.
You are a team player and motivated to work across departments in an international and fast-growing environment.
You find creative solutions for problems and thrive in ambiguity.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset that makes you a competent, reliable and trusted partner, who does not “sell” anything, but develops solutions together with your customers to create true added value.
Ideally experience working with CRM systems, ticketing or project management software (e.g. Salesforce, Groove, Highspot, Google Workspace).
Business proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken. The ability to conduct business conversations in Swiss German and/or fluency in French is a plus
