Responsibilities:
Onboarding Sessions: Facilitate and coordinate onboarding sessions for new collaborators to ensure a smooth integration into the Rock&Art community.
Team Building: Conduct regular team-building sessions to enhance camaraderie and strengthen the working relationships within our teams. Your efforts will contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Remote Collaboration: As a remote position, you'll be responsible for maintaining effective communication and engagement strategies to connect with team members across the UK and Ireland.
Time Commitment: Devote 10 hours per week to fulfil the responsibilities of this role, demonstrating your dedication to fostering a supportive workplace culture.
