The Marketing Operations Manager plays an important and influential role in spearheading transformative initiatives across the go-to-market organization and fostering collaboration among diverse stakeholders as the marketing subject matter expert. Key responsibilities include optimizing the lead generation engine, managing the marketing technology stack, and driving marketing ROI through rigorous data analysis, budget assessments, and forecasting.
What You’ll Do:
- Establish and nurture an efficient lead generation system to drive consistent company growth.
- Ensure accurate data flow from campaigns to attribution and reporting frameworks by standardizing campaign operations.
- Maximize the potential of marketing technology through automation, integration, enablement and maintaining data accuracy.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of marketing initiatives to meet predefined goals and KPIs.
- Ensure optimal ROI on campaigns and initiatives by efficiently managing the marketing budget across multiple stakeholders.
- Take ownership of accurately forecasting quarterly and yearly revenue goals for marketing initiatives.
- Cultivate a comprehensive view of marketing ROI by leveraging analytics and reporting methodologies. Maintain a consistent reporting cadence and measure performance against established KPIs.
- Enhance value for prospects and customers by aligning teams across the company on a unified customer journey within the GTM strategy.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing operations
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Pardot, and Iterable preferred
- Experience with Google Tag Manager tracking and analytics a plus
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge of marketing technologies and best practices
- Knowledge of global email compliance regulations
- Campaign record management
- Located in the United States
The anticipated salary range for this position is $91,744.00 - $165,432.00. Equity, bonus or commission and benefits may also be provided as part of the total compensation package, depending on the position offered. If given an offer, the exact salary amount offered will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience, education and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence.
