Position Overview:
As a Part-time Marketing & Revenue Operations administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting various marketing and revenue operations tasks aimed at optimizing marketing and sales efficiency while maximizing revenue generation. Reporting to the Marketing Operations Manager, you will assist in daily marketing, sales, and customer success operations including but not limited to re-assigning contacts and leads, coordinating post-trade show operations, updating dashboard goals, generating ad hoc reports, conducting testing, and maintaining documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact and Lead Re-assignment: Assist in re-assigning contacts and leads within the Business Development Representative (BDR) and Sales teams to ensure optimal distribution and follow-up, leveraging CRM tools and processes.
- Post-Trade Show Operational Work: Provide support in coordinating and executing post-event follow-up, ensuring that leads are being handled appropriately and timely.
- Dashboard Goal Updates: Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team leaders to update quarterly and monthly dashboard goals, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of key performance metrics.
- Ad Hoc Reporting: Generate ad hoc reports as requested by the marketing and sales leadership team, utilizing CRM and other data analytics tools to extract relevant insights and trends.
- Testing: Assist in testing new features, tools, and processes within the CRM system and other marketing and sales technology platforms to ensure optimal functionality and usability.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of processes, procedures, and best practices related to revenue operations tasks, ensuring knowledge transfer and continuity within the team.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
- Familiarity with CRM or Marketing Automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to work a consistent schedule of 20 hours per week during regular business hours.
- Pursuing a degree or career path relative to marketing operations or revenue operations.
