Job Description
You will be responsible for enforcing privacy and security requirements and implementing the relevant procedures/tools and technical/process standards to ensure data protection compliance of DTAG. You will act independently, while networking your area of responsibility with other departments and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop specifications and derive measures to improve the level of data protection in the development and operation of products and standard solutions (privacy by default and privacy by design) if necessary
- Identify risks based on data protection KPIs and initiate improvement actions
- Related planning and reporting tasks, in particular development of KPIs and responsibility for reporting and reporting systems
- Analyzing and evaluating complex data, preparing and presenting results for management purposes, and deriving recommendations for action for management and clients
- Manage the implementation/application of framework specifications and target processes, as well as optimization measures
- Analyzing the organization and processes with regard to the requirements of the EU GDPR and managing the support provided by the business units for data protection and security, also taking into account possible information security concerns and risks
- Perform data protection specific process roles
- Ensure efficient and comprehensive communication with stakeholders, including transfer of best practices
- Security assessment and release approval
Qualifications
- Degree in science/technology/engineering or business administration or security technology / relevant professional qualification
- Knowledge of Operating Systems, Network (LAN, WAN, WLAN) and IP knowledge
- Professional experience in managing and coordinating interdisciplinary, cross-departmental projects, preferably with an IT or data protection background
- Knowledge of relevant laws, norms and standards for information security and data protection (e.g. ISO/IEC 27000 family, GDPR)
- You have experience in product, requirements and IT process management, ideally in the privacy and security environment
- Knowledge of agile tools (e.g. JIRA ) and strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong ability to present complex issues in a simple and understandable way
- Fluent to business fluent written and spoken English at least CEF level B2 - C1
