Our Opportunity
Join our dynamic Business Applications team as a Senior Netsuite Systems Administrator, where you will play a crucial role in managing, maintaining, customising and optimising our core finance applications as Netsuite (OneWorld) to support the operational needs of our business.
The successful candidate requires deep understanding of financial operations and capabilities within Netsuite, particularly around revenue and billing functionality to support our Order to Cash operations and processes and plays a key role in maximizing the efficiency and scalability of NetSuite to support our growing organization. This position involves a blend of technical proficiency, particularly problem solving skills, and collaborative teamwork.
You’ll Spend Your Time:
- Maintain and support Oracle NetSuite and integrated cloud-based applications (e.g., Coupa, Expensify, Stripe, Avalara, Adaptive)
- Serve as the subject matter expert and a primary contact for all NetSuite-related activity, with emphasis in supporting and optimizing the O2C processes within NetSuite
- Collaborate with the GTMA team to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce CPQ and efficient management of billing and revenue recognition through ARM and Zone Advanced Billing
- Maintain user access and roles, upholding appropriate segregation of duties within our systems, providing timely solution to requests, aligned with best practices and business priorities
- Customize and configure NetSuite to meet business requirements
- Work collaboratively across teams to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve system and integration issues
- Develop comprehensive documentation for system enhancements and conduct user training sessions to foster user adoption.
- Assist with data analysis, audits, and reporting
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data, and maintain data import/ export processes and integrations
- Actively engage in system-related projects and initiatives as needed
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or similar role
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with financial systems, specifically within Netsuite (One World)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business or related field
- Strong data management skills and Excel capabilities
- Working knowledge of NetSuite workflows, scripts, custom records, and fields
- To be highly self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative, ability to anticipate needs
- The ability to learn new and unfamiliar technologies independently using documentation and online resources
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, detail-oriented
- To enjoy the speed of a fast-paced environment
We'd especially love to hear from you, if you:
- have strong functional experience with core financial/accounting processes in NetSuite
- are proficient in system integration capabilities in NetSuite, including SuiteTalk (REST and SOAP) and SuiteAnalytics Connect
- have knowledge of SuiteScript
- have experience with Zone Advanced Billing, Fair Value Pricing, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM)
- have solid understanding of Order to Cash processes
