About the Role:
Are you a sales professional with ambitions to advance your career? Sezzle is seeking a Senior
Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a
pivotal part in our mission to empower consumers financially and drive growth for our merchant
partners by initiating discussions with mid-market merchants and setting meetings for account
executives and sales directors.

Key Role Responsibilities:
● Identifying and researching potential customers or leads through various channels, such
as cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and other outreach methods
● Coordinate product demonstrations between Sezzle Account Executives/Sales Directors
and prospective merchants
● Track communication and engagement via Salesforce and Salesloft
● Aid in training, collaboration, and knowledge sharing with the greater SDR team
Minimum Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree is strongly preferred
● 1 year of sales/business development or equivalent role experience
● Experience with Salesforce
● Cold-calling, strategic email, and outreach experience
Preferred Knowledge & Skills:
● Experience with prospecting tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo & LinkedIn SalesNav
● Strong written and verbal communication skills
● Research skills. The ability to conduct market research and gather info about potential
prospects, industry trends, and competitors
● Growth-minded and looking to turn challenges into opportunities
● Fun and collaborative and enjoy working with a team
● People-person who derives energy from meeting with others
● Strong time management skills
● Resilience: Handling rejection and setbacks with resilience and maintaining a positive
