???? About the Team:
SSENSE is seeking an experienced Senior Workday Analyst to join our team. As the Workday Analyst, you will get to design and configure Workday modules such as HCM, Compensation, Absence, Talent, and Learning. You will work closely with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify areas for process improvement, and ensure Workday functionality meets business needs. In addition, you will collaborate with other functional teams, including People, Finance, and Tech, to ensure seamless integration of Workday processes across the organization.

- Configure change requests based on business needs and provide ongoing support for several Workday modules
- Build and modify Workday custom reports to support the day-to-day operations of the different modules
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for processes to ensure that they are well understood by all stakeholders
- Collaborate with QA Analysts to ensure thorough testing of Workday processes before they are released to production
- Share knowledge and best practices with team members to improve the overall Workday competency of the organization
Qualifications
???? How To Excel In This Role:
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in at least 4 of the following Workday modules: HCM, Compensation, Absence, Time Tracking, Talent, Learning, Advanced Compensation, Peakon, Reporting, and Integrations
Thorough understanding of a breadth of distribution center processes
- Prior experience working with retail operations systems including order management systems, warehouse management systems, distributed order management, middleware integration
- Prior experience in data mining, manipulating large datasets, querying databases, data analysis and reporting, an asset
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Autocad, automation frameworks, and test suites, an asset
