About the Role:
Bloomreach is looking for a Senior Field Marketing Manager!Help us develop and execute targeted outreach to attract and engage the company's strategic accounts within our ICP. You will play a crucial role in sales pipeline generation, managing the entire lifecycle from awareness to customer, and mastering a variety of demand generation disciplines: events, paid advertising, content curation, direct mail, social, email, and more.
What challenge awaits you?
As the Field Marketing Manager, Americas you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Partners, Marketing Communications, Product Marketing, Creative and Marketing Operations to strategize, develop, and launch robust marketing initiatives to create and accelerate pipeline and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
In tracking KPIs, you will determine the right integrated regional campaigns and messaging based on pipeline targets performance and goals. You will be extremely data driven, creative, and will draw insight from analysis, and then develop compelling, synthesized recommendations for how to target our ICP. You will proactively communicate your marketing plans to the sales organization, implement these regional campaigns, and constantly review performance and the impact of your recommendations.
Your job will be to:
- Drives the Americas field marketing strategy and team alignment to execute against it.
- Collaborate and lead cross-functional projects and report on the success of those in relation to your team's KPIs.
- Create regional campaign plans in collaboration with partners, digital and events.
- Own ABM strategy for dedicated region and sale pods to accelerate target accounts down the sales funnel
- Work with event, digital and partner teams to contribute to the integrated programs through pre-event, at-event, and post-event activities and calls to action.
- Identify regional publications, groups, influencer networks and more to expand the reach of marketing campaigns in the market.
- Collaborate with the content, design and product marketing teams to craft custom content to deliver timely, relevant messaging to our ICP.
- Work with digital marketing to target GTM Hill accounts for in-market accounts using intent data.
- Work with the field and channel team to accelerate pipeline through events, content curation, direct mail, social, email, outbound and more.
- Track and report on regional metrics and communicate these results across the organization.
Your success story will be:
- In 30 days, you will build and launch your regional marketing plans
- In 90 days, you will report on the regional KPIs of your programs
- In 180 days, you will work on building repeatable quarterly programs
You have the following experience and qualities:
- Professional— experience in working extremely cross-functionally in a high paced environment with little direction
- Personal — self motivation, independence, and creative mindset.
Professional experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Regional Marketing/Demand Generation
- Experience in high-performing marketing teams and owning projects to deliver on aggressive pipeline expectations
- Marketing technology background as a full-stack-marketer
- Clear & proactive project management
- Motivation and willingness to work on fast-paced projects
- Independence and self-organization to navigate yourself through ambiguous situations
- Fluency in English and exceptional communication skills for partnering with marketing & sales

The base salary range for this position is $85,000-$105,000. The pay range actually offered will take into account a variety of potential factors considered in compensation, including but not limited to skills, qualifications, geographic location, accomplishments, experience, credentials, internal equity and business needs, and may vary from the range listed above.
