Job Description
We are currently looking for a full time Senior SEO Specialist in the Phillipines and Malaysia to join our team with job details as follow :
- Accountability of SEO initiatives, deliverables and performance optimization
- Carry out technical site audit and SEO tech maintenance as per agreed in the proposed SEO plan
- Track performance and website issues on a regular basis using Analytics and other Marketing Tools
- Monitor and align goals with key SEO KPIs and customer engagement KPIs
- Diligence in conducting keyword research and competitor analysis
- Support account managers and communicate the impact of search marketing to clients
- Support new business with proposals and market research
- Formulate SEO data-driven content strategies for GPC clients;
- Communicate SEO insights and expertise to clients;
- Build out decks to support strategic search optimisation consulting;
- Manage, create and summarise monthly SEO reports;
- Support all SEO activity;
- Manage internal linking and outreach tasks to further boost the site performance
- Manage and validate (QA) freelancer outputs to meet highest standards;;
- Maintain a close watch over the new Google guidelines and updates
- Review articles created for SEO quality assurance;
- Recommend relevant content optimisations for best impact;
- Supporting Head of Search and Managing Director APAC on new business requirements and larger projects;
- When required, manage time and quality of freelancers and junior members of staff
- Liaise with project management team to improve processes and resource management.
- Paid Ads Activation and Integration (Text and banners)
- Launch PPC campaigns and manage/optimize campaign expenses, estimating costs, reconciling discrepancies and monitoring budget
- Monitor budget and bids to gain better ROI
- Involving in keyword selection and audience targeting
- Integrate SEO and PPC strategies for budget efficiencies and to boost performance
Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience within the SEO industry
- Experience within a similar role in an agency environment – highly desirable
- Strong working knowledge of the latest SEO techniques and algorithm updates
- Good knowledge of Google Webmaster Tools, Google Analytics, Adwords, SEMRUSH, Botify, and other keyword research and competitor's analysis tools
- A proven track record in delivering high performance SEO strategies for a range of clients
- Experience in creating effective outreach strategies
- A good working knowledge of WordPress and other CMS platforms
- Strong HTML and CSS skills
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong team management skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
