As an International Pre-Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with prospective clients, understanding their business needs, and showcasing the value of our Managed Cloud Services. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, developing strategic relationships, and contributing to the growth of our international business.

SOME OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client Engagement:
- Engage with clients to grasp business needs
- Tailor solutions aligning with client objectives
- Support Country Sales in pitching CMS services
- Lead validation of non-standard service requirements with CMS Leadership
Solution Design:
- Design customized Managed Cloud Services with the tech team
- Develop transition plans with operations and service teams
- Provide cost estimates and position services within clients' cloud strategies
- Craft clear proposals and presentations for clients
Technical Expertise:
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies
- Possess cross-cloud platform knowledge (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Demonstrate solid knowledge of CMS managed services
- Grasp cloud computing and related technologies
Collaboration:
- Liaise with sales, product, and tech teams for opportunity handovers
- Share best practices with international teams.
- Collaborate with CMS Pre-Sales for knowledge sharing
Proposal Development:
- Create detailed proposals, including specifications and pricing
- Align proposals with client needs
- Draft Statements of Work and oversee reviews
- Aid in deal negotiations and solution agreements
Relationship Building:
- Foster internal relationships with sales teams
- Cultivate ties with key stakeholders and IT decision-makers
- Advise clients on IT optimization
International Travel:
- Travel internationally for client meetings and events
Qualifications
SOME OF OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or offering specialist role within the Managed Cloud Services or IT services industry
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of cloud computing, virtualization, and infrastructure technologies on one or more of the platforms (Azure, AWS & GCP)
- Solid commercial and contractual understanding in context of managed services
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience in English
- Demonstrated success in developing and closing large, complex deals in an international environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
