About the Team
Platform Engineering is a family of teams focused on creating and supporting the tools used by all Application and Service Developers at Stitch Fix. We focus on creating low friction tools and practices to maximize developer happiness. We believe happy developers write better code. We practice modern platform practices like Infrastructure-as-Code, Immutable Infrastructure, use of Containers, and leverage AWS as well as many other Cloud SaaS offerings.
About the Role
As a Product Manager in our Platform Organization, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our platform product strategy. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to deliver exceptional platform solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growt

- Develop and communicate a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for our platform products.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document product requirements, ensuring they align with the overall platform strategy.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to delivery.
- Continuously monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats. Evaluate and identify build vs buy decisions.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and feedback, incorporating this information into product development decisions.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly evaluate product performance against these metrics.
- Plan and execute product launches, including marketing and sales enablement activities.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a platform-focused role.
- Strong understanding of platform technologies and ecosystem dynamics.

- Agile development experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance.
