Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute performance tests to measure application performance, scalability, and reliability.

  • Strong understanding of performance testing concepts and various test types such as load testing, stress testing, endurance testing etc. 
  • Hands on Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as New Relic, AppDynamics, SumoLogic or Splunk
  • Proficiency in any of the scripting languages such as Java, Ruby, Python, Bash or Groovy
  • Good experience working in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Agile, CI/CD, DevOps environments

Responsibilities

  • Contribute working code, documentation, and automated tests that deliver on Sprint goals

At Acquia, quality engineering drives the quality tool chain and process in an open and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

  • Work together with product managers, agile product owners, architects, tech leads and engineers to ensure the quality of our products
  • Participate in technical discussions for products and test infrastructure

  • Prepare payments for international payrolls and tax payments
  • Communicate payroll matters with employees
  • Record all payroll activity in the general ledger, book accruals as needed and reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly
  • Maintain PTO trackers in compliance with local laws
  • Assist with all year-end accounts and tax reporting
  • Ensure a timely close of the general ledger including the preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations and analyses
  • Assist with collating information for external accountants to complete the local stat accounts and respond to any requests for information/clarification
  • Assist with the annual audit of the parent Company’s financial statements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    - 1 year of accounting experience, preferably in the Technology industry
  • Experience in accounting software (e.g., Sage) and Microsoft Excel would be preferable.  Training will be provided.
  • An entry level understanding of US GAAP and UK GAAP.  International experience is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.

About the Role

As a Revenue Accountant, you will report to the EMEA Senior Revenue Manager and be responsible for focussing on and developing the Quote to Cash work stream.  Working with both the Finance team and wider business to provide both a high level of revenue assurance and meaningful insights to assist decision making.

Qualifications:

Overview:

The Revenue Operations Analyst will be a member of the Revenue Operations team in support of Acquia’s continued growth.  This highly visible role is ideal for a motivated individual who leverages fact-based analysis and creative thinking to solve problems.  This team member will be expected to develop a deep understanding of Acquia’s business drivers and build strong relationships with function, department, and executive leadership to create actionable analysis.  In return, this role offers the right candidate the opportunity to help shape the next phase of Acquia’s history.

In this role, you will forecast and analyze quarterly business results, perform complex ad hoc analysis, and identify performance opportunities across both Sales and Marketing disciplines. This person will work with reports and reporting tools that transform large amounts of data into actionable information. Examples of possible analysis workload include: lead lifecycle analysis and funnel metrics, performance variance analysis, forecast accuracy analysis, sales pipeline analysis, and identifying leading indicators of territory performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quarterly close, reporting and forecasting, and planning process
  • Identify business trends and quarterly variances
  • Prepare management reports
  • Conduct ad hoc analytical studies in support of operational improvement initiatives
  • Develop and maintain models and reports to clearly communicate actual results and forecast performance
  • Complete quarterly variance analysis and identify key business drivers
  • Create tools to facilitate the analysis of transactional data

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Finance and/or Accounting or related discipline or 2-4 years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Sales Operations or Financial Analysis
  • Proven capability in financial modeling
  • Experience with modeling and budgeting
  • Very strong analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Great communication skills and the able to interact with various levels within the organization
  • Advanced Excel skills and capable of interpreting/manipulating data
  • Salesforce and Domo experience a plus
  • Understanding of the levers which impact business performance
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to present the results of complex analysis clearly and effectively to a wide range of business leaders

A Senior Project Manager is a member of the Learning Services team responsible for working with an ambitious team of project and program managers to facilitate customer-facing change management for a global digital experience platform. At the senior level, the role requires ownership of projects that may last from 6 months to a year or more, alongside those that may take a few days or weeks to complete.

In addition to daily work, the Senior Project Manager will help define best practices and support junior team members in skill development and quality assurance of their work to ensure continuous improvement. They may also work on special projects to evolve the processes, functions, and tools used by the team. 

Key responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional project management including leadership, communication, time management, negotiating, and team management
  • Collaborate with team members and subject-matter experts globally to design and produce internal and external communications
  • Create and refine process and procedure documentation for all projects, including but not limited to: project plans, knowledge base articles, communications drafts, external communications, and other communications as needed
  • Assist with ticket monitoring of notification queue to provide timely customer responses for large projects
  • Accountable for accurately communicating project status internally and to customers
  • Accountable for providing informed and timely planning, requirements management, and training support
  • Accountable for project compliance with Acquia processes and methodologies
  • Ad Hoc duties as assigned

Key requirements:

  • Total 8+ years of experience in project management role within a digital/IT organization
  • Strategic thinking and problem solving.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong reading, writing, and speaking skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Project Management and/or SCRUM certification
  • Experience with Google product suite
  • Experience with JIRA project management solution
  • Understanding of content management systems (CMS) for content publication
  • Drupal knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Their internal stakeholders are Acquia team members, who require information regarding our customer impacting events and communications. About the position: 

The Analyst & Media Relations Director is responsible for managing media and analyst relations with the main objective to elevate Acquia’s brand presence and awareness. Reporting to the Chief Market Officer, this role will be responsible for nurturing relationships with industry analysts, journalists, and other market influencers to build awareness of Acquia’s vision, platform, and products. This role requires experience in analyst relations and communications with excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will also have an understanding of the CMS/digital experience platform (DXP) marketplace and possess a skill for creating compelling messaging, collaborating with product and commercial teams and for relationship management. 

JOB SCOPE

The Analyst & Media Relations Director is responsible for, but not limited to:

Analyst Relations:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with industry analysts including Gartner, Forrester, IDC to enhance Acquia's presence in key markets.
  • Coordinate analyst briefings, presentations, RFI responses, and demos and ensure timely delivery of relevant information.
  • Work collaboratively with product management, marketing, and executive teams to develop and refine key messages that resonate with analysts and reinforce our competitive positioning.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and share analyst insights to internal teams through various channels for strategic decision-making. 
  • Work with marketing to help amplify the organization's inclusion in relevant analyst reports and assessments.

Media Relations:

  • Cultivate relationships with key journalists, editors, and media outlets to secure positive coverage, overseeing daily management of the PR agency.
  • Write/edit and distribute press releases and other relevant materials, creating and arming the PR agency with compelling media pitches and ideas.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to uncover compelling stories within the company that can be amplified through media and analysts.

Measurement and Reporting:

  • Monitor industry news across all influencers for opportunities to insert Acquia into top-of-mind stories.
  • Track and analyze metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives and adjust tactics as needed for program optimization.
  • Contribute to quarterly dashboards and reporting for leadership on media and analyst relations program outcomes.
  • Monitor company media coverage and proactively escalate any emerging issues.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7+ years of Communications experience; tech B2B organization; with a heavy focus on analyst engagement programs. Familiarity with DXP market trends, technologies, and competitive landscape an advantage
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver communications/media plans that apply compelling narratives and pitches to drive demonstrable outcomes
  • Outstanding writing/editing skills and the ability to adopt the style, tone, and voice of our business
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality results.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific knowledge and trends, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling stories for media analysts.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with journalists, analysts, and other industry influencers.
  • Bachelor of Arts degree; focus in Marketing or Communications, a plus

  • 5-10 years of hands on scripting/coding one or more programming languages (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Groovy, Python) and test automation frameworks (Playwright, Selenium, WebdriverIO, Spock, REST-assured)
  • Intermediate SQL expertise & hands on experience with MySQL (or similar relational databases or NoSQL databases)
  • Expertise in Data Structures, Algorithms and Multi-threading
  • Experience building Microservices and APIs
  • Experience with Agile (eg Scrum) and test driven development
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD)
  • Knowledge on Amazon Web Service (EC2, S3) or Google Cloud or Azure.
