  • Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges from $143,000 in our lowest geographic market up to $198,000 for US locations with a higher cost of labor.   • Reporting to the Manager, Data Science

As a Senior Data Scientist you’ll … 

  • Enable our product teams to think strategically with key stakeholders about how customers engage with Webflow, identifying and executing on high impact growth opportunities with actionable insights
  • Define product and business success metrics, building tools for monitoring and surfacing drivers of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
  • Leadtechnical and non-technical team members with processes and technical expertise for executing experiments, answering open ended business questions with data, and researching levers for improving our product, 
  • Develop our data foundation, experimentation and machine learning capabilities, collaborating on our strategic roadmap for building new pipelines and tools that contribute to our connected, complete understanding of our customer journey and improve our customer experience. We currently use Snowflake, DBT, Tableau, and Fivetran and are working with our Data Engineering collaborators on scaling our platform capabilities with a number of other tools!

About you 

You’ll thrive as a Senior Data Scientist if you:

  • Have 4+ years of experiencein a Data Science (or similar) position 
  • Have interest and experiencein mentoring and developing the technical skills of your team members, helping to build a collaborative data science practice
  • Have demonstrated experience working as a Data Scientist (or the equivalent in quantitative analysis), contributing to the strategic roadmap, providing high quality, reproducible analysis that impacts company strategy and decision making, building tools to enable scalable processes and enabling others to do the same
  • Have expertisein applied statistics (e.g. predictive modeling, hypothesis testing, regressions), segmentation and experimentation (e.g. A/B testing) in an industry setting and the ability to explain concepts to technical and non-technical team members

As Business Development Manager, you’ll:

  • Partner with teams across Webflow to identify, prioritize and assess opportunities for product partnerships and potential alliances
  • Deeply understand how Webflow’s product works and collaborate closely with the Product team to scope App development timelines and resources required
  • Be a lead contributor to developing and executing Webflow’s overall App Marketplace and partner ecosystem strategy 
  • Own the entire deal process from finding the right partners, negotiating the opportunities, rallying internal teams behind your vision, closing, and launching the partnership
  • Team up with Webflow Marketing to promote compelling partner built use cases and associated collateral through our various marketing channels

  • Track and manage new and existing product partnerships while identifying any new potential value exchange opportunities 
  • Analyze and report on the impact of partner ecosystem across our wide customer base through the use of quantitative as well as qualitative KPIs

  • Work cross functionally with Webflow’s product, finance, marketing, and legal team

You’ll be responsible for collaborating with the brands to ensure the teams are growing their owned audiences, creating best-in-class social-first content with high engagement metrics and maximising the audience opportunities with referral goals. The Lifestyle vertical speaks to homes and women’s audiences, with brands including Homes & Gardens, Livingetc, Woman & Home and Ideal Home. 

What you'll be doing…

As Social Media Director, Lifestyle, you'll be responsible for delivering social media success, developing platform and brand specific content and distribution strategies for our brands. Success is based primarily on follower growth, but also engagement and reach. We monetise our social media audience through branded content partnerships and increasingly through the development of social shopping.

You'll help to create the environment that allows the commercial team to generate more revenue, and will work in sync with our ecommerce teams to deliver strong exponential growth in social shopping revenues. You'll manage the social media editors and producers who work on each of our key brands and be responsible for all content output. A key aspect of the role is to steer content production, develop innovative content types and constantly optimise performance.

  • Relevant social media experience with proven background in social media strategy. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong visual sensibilities; commercial-first mindset combined with editorial nous.

Job Description

You will play a pivotal role within the Credit to Cash department, reporting directly to the Credit to Cash Manager & Global Process Owner. You will be responsible for providing specialized credit to cash operations subject matter expertise, which encompasses cash application, billing, credit management and cash collection while also supporting and developing an internal team and Managed Services team.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide deep subject matter expertise in credit to cash operations (billing, cash application, cash collections, credit management) to support the credit to cash operations team (internal and external).
  • Manage and provide leadership to a team of direct reports, ensuring their professional development and efficient execution of end-to-end processes and assigned projects.
  • Collaborate with the Credit to Cash Manager & Global Process Owner, Credit to Cash team and external Managed Services to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency enhancement within credit to cash operations.
  • Review and approve desktop procedures updates prepared by external Managed Services through established processes and tools.
  • Provide guidance and approval/denial for action plans to unresolved matters related to all credit to cash operations
  • Actively participate in the agreed escalation process
  • Monitor credit management process, participate in the daily approvals in regard to credit limits and order hold releases.
  • Support assessment of bad debt.
  • Ensure timely and accurate management of Supply Chain Financing process.
  • Actively monitor and participate if required in the monthly and quarterly cash collections process (including forecast) and month-end reporting.
  • Monitor timely resolution of escalated issues and preparation of deliverable requested by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures, including Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX).
  • Support reporting and addressing SLA/KPIs for transactional activities in the dedicated area.
  • Participate in approval process of payments to customers.
  • Timely identify potential issues in the operations and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Assist in managing and maintaining documentation related to credit to cash operations, including agreements, contracts, and compliance records, while ensuring compliance with internal controls.
  • Lead credit to cash projects aimed at improving operational efficiency, enhancing controls, and supporting strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • University degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field.
  • Fluent English with strong communication and customer focus.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in credit to cash operations or accounting related area, demonstrating a strong understanding of cash generation and working capital management.
  • Expertise in cash collection, cash application, credit management and billing process.
  • Experience in team management.
  • Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Can-do approach and strong sense of ownership.
  • Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
  • Experience in a global environment and working with external Managed Services is a plus.
