About the Role:
We are looking for a Technical Sourcer to support our Technical Recruiting team on a contract basis. You will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier technical talent to meet our hiring needs. The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for identifying niche skills, demonstrates strong sourcing techniques, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our talent acquisition strategy, and technical domains.
You Will:
- Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand the requirements of the role, the function, and how it fits into the organization
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies for technical roles, focusing on Engineering, Product, and Analytics
- Craft compelling recruiting messages and manage candidate communications
- Find, engage, and activate passive candidates through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, GitHub, and other sourcing channels
- Measure and analyze conversion rates at different stages of the recruiting process to share with internal stakeholders
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve recruiting processes and strategies
- Build and share knowledge of skills, target companies, conferences, and open source communities with recruiters and hiring managers
You Have:
- 4+ years of technical sourcing experience with a search firm or in-house technical recruiting team
- Proven track record in sourcing across Engineering and Product domains
- Experience developing and executing candidate generation and research techniques
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
- Familiarity with metrics and using data to guide sourcing strategies
- Experience in building and maintaining candidate pipelines
- Experience with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Gem, and other recruiting tools
