POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Clinical Documentation Improvement Specialist, you will be a vital member of the team responsible for ensuring accurate clinical suspected conditions are properly curated in the compendium for the provider/patient visit. The primary goal of the Prospective Risk Clinical Coder with in Reveleer, is to validate the results of our prospective suspecting NLP technology, presented by our platform, and ensure the accurate curation of codes and level of specificity found to be clinically evident are presented to the provider in the compendium prior to the encounter. In this position the ideal candidate will evaluate clinical information from a myriad of digital sources, including electronic health records, health information exchanges, claims encounter systems for accuracy and conciseness. This individual will apply clinical coding knowledge, AHA coding clinic guidelines and prospective risk strategies to ensure accurate information is delivered to the provider at point of care.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Clinical Documentation Review: Analyze medical records and NLP results and validate that the suspected HCC and the clinical evidence meets the necessary requirements for submission and documentation. This includes making sure the documentation accurately reflects the patient’s conditions, treatment and services provided. Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and discrepancies in documentation that could impact patient care, quality reporting and reimbursement.
  • Provider Feedback: Provide documentation and feedback to healthcare providers on required documentation for suspected HCC’s.
  • Coding Support: Ensure documentation aligns with accurate code assignment and follow CMS’s coding guidelines for HCC risk adjustment coding.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with healthcare regulations, guidelines and standards such as ICD-10 codes, HCC mapping models to ensure documentation compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Clinical Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of medical terminology, disease processes, treatments, and procedures to accurately interpret and validate clinical documentation.
  • Documentation Integrity: Safeguard the integrity and confidentiality of patient health information while handling medical records and sensitive data in accordance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
  • Interdisciplinary Communication: Foster clear communication and collaboration between different healthcare departments, ensuring that accurate patient information is shared across the continuum.

EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 5 years clinical coding experience explicitly for risk adjustment with strong medical record abstraction skills for curation of codes for Providers/Patient encounters
  • In-depth knowledge of medical coding systems (ICD10 and HCC Models) and their applications to clinical documentation
  • Proficiency in Using Electronic Health Records systems
  • RADV, OIG and CDI experience preferred

EDUCATION:

  • Graduate from an approved nursing program (LVN or RN) or Registered Health Information Technician with baccalaureate degree
  • Must have an approved coding certification from APPC, Certified Risk Coder (CRC) and Certified Document Educator Outpatient (CDEO) or from AHIMA, Clinical Coding Specialist (CSC)certification and Certified Documentation Integrity Practitioner (CDIP)

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Customer Support Manager, you will own a group of clients and play a key role in driving customer goals, business transformation, and revenue expansion by ensuring the engagement, success, and growth of Reveleer’s customers. The Customer Success Manager will ensure Reveleer customers successfully adopt the platform with a positive experience, driving growth for Reveleer through renewals and expansion.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Responsible for developing a strategy for your client including relationship mapping, value outcomes, product adoption, customer experience, customer satisfaction and expansion.

  • Conduct business reviews by demonstrating Reveleer performance through project outcome data, as well as packaging enhancements for areas needing improvement.
  • Articulate changes to Reveleer’s technology product roadmap and support Clients through new feature/function adoption
  • Act as the main POC, defining a success plan, ensuring mutually understood and agreed expectations and communicating issues clearly.
  • Rally Reveleer’s internal teams and resources to drive our execution in-line with customer's business goals.
  • Influence future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores.
  • Discover and understand early churn signals and drive process throughout the organization to reduce churn and increase customer advocacy.
  • Ensure processes for escalating client issues happen with speed and urgency, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriate.

    We are looking for a Data Engineer - AI Model Testing to join our growing team in Miami, FL, United States.

    Model Testing Framework Development: Develop and maintain robust testing frameworks to evaluate the performance and accuracy of AI models.

    Performance Testing: Conduct tests to assess the models' performance metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1 score, ensuring they meet the predefined thresholds.

    Data Pipeline Testing: Ensure the integrity and efficiency of data pipelines that feed into AI models, checking for issues such as data leakage, pipeline latency, and data transformation errors.

    Monitoring Model Drift: Regularly monitor deployed models to detect and correct model drift, ensuring the model's predictions remain valid over time.

    Collaboration with Data Scientists: Work closely with data scientists to understand model behavior and refine testing strategies based on model type and application.

    Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of testing protocols, results, and improvements made to models based on testing feedback.

    Tool and Technology Evaluation: Research and implement the latest tools and technologies for testing AI models, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of testing processes.

    Ethics and Compliance: Ensure all tests adhere to ethical guidelines and regulatory standards, particularly concerning bias and fairness in model outputs.

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our team, supporting our latest acquisition of Longbow Security. As theSenior Solutions Architect, Longbowyou will be responsible for building relationships, driving compelling demos, and successfully completing POVs to drive the adoption and success of the Longbow platform and advancing Veracode in the application security posture management space. 

    This individual plays a critical role in building and sustaining competitive intelligence and methodologies for migrating prospects from competitive solutions to Veracode solutions. The Senior Technical Overlay works very closely with the Field Sales and Product teams to build long-term business relationships and position Veracode to win new business. This is a high impact, very visible role responsible for ensuring pervasive enterprise adoption of Veracode solutions and helping to close enterprise transactions. 

    The ideal candidate will have a mix of technical and business savvy, bringing a consultative selling approach, an ability to work cross functionally and strong presentation skills.     What you will be responsible for: 

    • Understand the technologies, solutions, constraints, and challenges for a cloud security, application security, and vulnerability management program and its implementation. 
    • Provide customer-oriented feedback to internal product development groups to guide the future direction of the Veracode and Longbow products. 
    • Design, lead, and complete successful Proof-of-Value engagements with customers that leads to clear proof of Longbow value. 
    • Match Veracode solutions to customer's business and technical requirements. 
    • Present Veracode and Longbow’s vision, strategy, roadmap and methodologies to prospective executives and technical management. 
    • Assist account teams on select opportunities where competitive solutions are incumbent. 
    • Provide information, tools, and assistance to account teams to assist in competitive take-outs. 
    • Develop and maintain technical competitive intelligence for cross functional enablement. 
    • Develop tools and utilities to migrate existing deployments from competitive solutions to Veracode solutions.
    • Design and implement compelling demonstrations of Longbow aligned with key use cases and customer value. 

     

    Required Skills: 

    • Minimum ten years of experience in information security. 
    • Public Cloud and cloud security fundamentals (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, cloud infrastructure security, container security) 
    • Experience working and integrating with security tool APIs for both GraphQL and REST 
    • System integration, automation, and cloud experience (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, etc.) 
    • Hands on with cloud security solutions (e.g., Wiz, Orca, Palo Alto Prisma) 
    • Scripting (Perl, Python, etc.), Java, .NET (C# and ASP,.Net) knowledge 
    • Hands-on experience with application security solutions (AppScan, Veracode,Checkmarx, Fortify, SonarQube, etc.) 
    • Experience with positioning and selling security solutions, enterprise applications, and/or systems management solutions. 
    • Experience with and strong understanding of cloud environments. 
    • Proven track record of successfully conveying disruptive SaaS cloud security solutions. 
    • Understanding the ASPM (Application Security Posture Management) market is a benefit.  
    • Hands-on experience with competitive application security solutions and open-source tools. 
    • Experience with architecting a secure SDLC in a modern development shop (DevOps, Agile, CI/CD) is preferred.
    • Must be willing to travel as needed.
